Unique 1700's House/Barn compound that is perfectly located walking distance to Boardwalk Beach and Sandwich shops and restaurants. House can sleep up to 14 and is perfect for family getaways. Outdoor heated pool and lovely yard for family fun. A casual atmosphere on this fun and modern property. Affectionately named the Jelly House, it has history and many spaces throughout the property to make vacation memories.

Corn hole, spike ball, outdoor (!) ping pong, badminton, fire pit, bikes, hot tub, gorgeous pool, beautiful landscaping—what isn’t to love about this place?! Plenty of space indoors and out to spread out, coffee shop steps away, nice historic town, shops, beach less than a mile away on a lovely walk. We had a great week. Host responds very quickly, too, and check-in is easy. House was clean and well- appointed. We were happy vacationers.

The main house is very cute and well appointed. Unfortunately, the barn smelled very musty and we had an ant problem.

What a wonderful place! Great location. You’re a short walk to a coffee shop, mini golf, and the trout hatchery. It’s about a mile to the beach. You can definitely walk, but it’s a long way to lug all your beach stuff. On week days it’s only 20 to park at the beach lot, and spots are readily available. On the weekend the lots fill up fast. Boardwalk beach is amazing. There’s a lazy river that’s great for kids, and a bridge you can jump off into the water. The house itself is beautiful. Brand new kitchen appliances. Awesome pool table, ping pong table, ladder ball and spike ball. Plenty of TVs and a brand new grill. Tons of beds and bathrooms. The barn actually has two separate apartments. Home owner is very responsive and made everything easy for us. The pool is heated and such a nice bonus. Many times we felt lazy and just swam in the pool rather than trekking to the beach. I definitely recommend this property!

Great Second time stay

We had a wonderful stay at Renee’s property in Sandwich for the second year in a row. The stay was for a small casual work retreat and the property fit all our needs! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!

Myself and a group of friends and family were riding in a 2 day, 100 mile, bike trek around Cape Cod. I rented this house knowing that space was key and we would all want to be able to relax and sleep well. This house was better than I imagined. There was more than enough space for 12+ and multiple families to spread out but the kitchen and common areas were perfect for cooking together and enjoying each others company. The house has everything you could possibly need and the beds were very comfortable. Very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. Perfect sized pool. I absolutely did not want to leave and would love to return again. It is such a special home.

I have rented many vacation properties; this was at the top. Setting is amazing. Decor outstanding. Layout, pool, hottub, nothing was lacking. Pictures do not due the overall property justice. I would recommend some professional pics to capture the full picture. Outstanding home. Thank you for sharing with my group. We had a great stay.

Perfect house!

This house was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend away! Plenty of space, absolutely beautiful kitchen and outdoor area to cook and eat, and we had so much fun sitting by the pool. We loved being able to take a 2 minute walk to the delicious coffee shop down the road and were only a short Uber ride to go out to dinner. The host was very responsive throughout our stay when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Epic Trip Thanks to this Property

We had a friend reunion with 6 families and we're able to stay comfortably with privacy, but we still had so many large spaces to gather together! The property is gorgeous and clean; the owner was super friendly, generous, and communicative; and the area itself was so memorable. The pool was our favorite spot to hang out and it really made our trip having access to it as well as the hot tub. Thank you so much!!!

House was a perfect setup for a large group. House was advertised and even better in person. A lot of thoughtful and high end finishes that make it very enjoyable and comfortable. Some examples were multiple laundry units, retractable pool cover, retractable awning, hard-lined grill and more were all nice surprises. Renee was very responsive and helpful for any and all questions that arose from checking in, throughout our stay, and checking out. House was very clean and location was great too - would highly recommend.

Incredible House

This was the most perfect house for a group of family and friends. It felt secluded and had everything we needed right on the property - pool, hot tub, fire pit, and spacious rooms. We could not have had a better time! Highly recommend!

We love The Jelly House!

What an absolutely beautiful home away from home, and even more perfect venue for a small gathering with friends and family. The property was absolutely beautiful, and the home(s) was incredibly spacious and had all of the essentials needed. The location was also fantastic. We cannot stop talking about how special The Jelly House was, and can’t wait to book again in the future!

Wonderful stay!

We had a group of 10 stay at Renee’s property for a casual work retreat. The property was perfect for our needs as well as beautiful. It allowed us gathering space for activities together, but plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The out door space was a favorite among everyone and we really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. We loved riding the bikes provided by Renee to the newly opened Sandwich boardwalk. The location was perfect and walkable to several shops, restaurants and activities. We especially loved the Snowy Owl Roasters a block away. Check in and check out were simple and Renee was very responsive and helpful! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again!

Wonderful house/furnished barn/yard

The property was perfect for entertaining! We loved barbecuing, hanging out in the backyard, playing games, swimming in the pool and sitting around the fire. Furnishings were high end and everything was quality. Renee was great to communicate with. 5 star !!!!

Relax in comfort and style in the Cape!

My husband, son and I travelled with 2 other families of 4 and the house was just the right fit! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces. It was very comfortable and the pool was the perfect size for all of us to enjoy. It's close to a supermarket and walking distance to a cute coffee shop and town. We had a great time!

Simply amazing!

It was all just perfect, start to finish! Clear communication throughout the whole booking process (almost a year in advance!), everything went off without a hitch! Beautiful home, high quality furnishings and linens, felt right at home.
