Loved the old age of this beautifully renovated home. The entertainment barn was incredible for the children and the accommodations were perfect for our large family. We absolutely loved the house and all it had to offer! The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous.

The main house is enormous! You could get lost in it. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The game barn was phenomenal.

Great weekend on the cape!

The house was perfect for our large group & the hosts were fantastic to work with, responsive, and helpful with any questions. The barn bar was the hit of the weekend and having so many beds/bathrooms ensured the full group was comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing vacation on Cape Cod

This is such a wonderful property! Our group of 13 had plenty of space to hang out all together and also room to spread out. The owners are fantastic as well. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home for our first trip to the Cape. Thank you!

Great spot for a long weekend

Group of friends got together and stayed for a few nights. Property was well-kept and the owner was very responsive when we had a few questions. Check in and out were super easy, and between the bunch of amenities and activities the house provided and some proximity to shops, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Both houses on the property were very clean. The game barn was a fun space to spend time playing games with family. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to a question/concern and prompt to correct the situation. We'll consider this location again!

Family Vacation

Our family of 18 adults and 3 babies just returned from a wonderful week at Nye House. There was so much to do; the pool and barn game room were big favorites! Plenty of room to spread out and the house and cottage were very well furnished. Josh was very easy to deal with and always answered my questions right away. Overall it was a great experience.

Amazing for large Family Reunion

Extremely clean, comfortable & equipped! So much space, separate buildings kept the noise levels perfect for the older members of the group to enjoy quiet time or early bedtime, and the night owls to stay up and play! Accommodations were perfect for family of 20 to to celebrate Thanksgiving in this well equipped and comfortable home/compound. Hope to return.

Wow, is all I can say! This property is amazing and was a perfect spot for our annual family reunion! Our group of 20 (ages 4-82) had plenty of space to be together and also have our own space! The pool and entertainment barn are highlights! We had multiple days this week we just stayed in the property and not one person said they were bored or asked what we were doing that day! The location is great as well! Close to stores, the beach, ice cream, mini golf, and Treehouse Brewery (one of our favorites!) The owners are incredibly responsive and have thought of everything! It is well supplied and very comfortable! This a property we will definitely return to!

Great house and host, lots of amenities

My family had a great stay at this property! My parents, siblings, and kids - 18 in all, ages ranging from 80 to 4 - all had a blast, with lots of time spent at the pool, on the property's tennis court, and relaxing in the living room or game barn.The host, Josh, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and responded immediately to the various small issues that came up over the week.We also loved exploring Sandwich, a very low-key and historic Cape community, and the property is only a five-minute drive to a handful of beaches, and right next door to a very cute nature center. Restaurants, an enormous grocery store, and MANY little antique and gift shops are also a short drive away.We would definitely recommend a stay here for any type of large group, and are hoping to come back for a future summer vacation.
