Quiet wooded townhouse condo located off Folley Field Road.

This quaint and casual beach inspired corner unit condo is a short walk to the beach and is tucked away in a quiet wooded area that is very relaxing.

Easy access free designated parking right out front.

Large living area, fully stocked kitchen featuring 2 patio areas for grilling dining and entertaining.

This home offers a wonderful layout that allows everyone to gather together and spread out.

The first floor has a living room with open floor plan and access to back and side patio. Just off the kitchen, is a family room including a desk work space and half bath.

Second floor, 1 master suite with king bed and private bath. The second and third bedroom both have queen beds and share full bath.

The back patio has sitting area for 4 and grille. The front patio has a dining area seats 6 with retractable umbrella.

Fully stocked and functional kitchen with everything you'll need. Free designated parking right out side the condo washer and dryer in the unit

This house is very nicely decorated in a stylish and cozy spirit that will make you feel home right away.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, wifi , and stocked kitchen.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

The condo was clean and ready for us to get into an hour earlier than planned, thankful for that as we have age ranges 12-80 yrs in our family. Amenities were accurately listed, and available to use. The pool is a great plus and the beach is 5 minutes away… a win, win for us.

Fall Break Mini Vacay

Spent 3 nights in HHI with my daughter & 3 grandkids for Fall Break. The condo was spacious & convenient. We all loved the master bedroom. The King bed is so comfortable! We had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Quiet townhome walking distance to the beach

Clean, 3 bedrooms upstairs townhome with community pool. Less than 1/2 mile walk on paved trail to the beach/mini-golf/restaurants. Free public trolley stop 100ft away to other local areas. Beach toys, chairs, and buggy in the closet. Washer/dryer. Very relaxing!

Clean and comfy beach condo

Here are the bullet points: - Clean, well-appointed. Carpet upstairs a bit old, but didn't detract from the overall cleanliness. - Eight minutes or so walk to the beach, a straight shot, super convenient. A beach caddy provided by the owner, too. Beach chairs and umbrella need to be replaced imho, but they are usable. - Easy check-in, easy check-out. - Great location. 15 minutes to Sea Pines. 15 minutes to the Tanger Outlets. - Bottom line: yes, I would rent this place again, with no hesitation.

Fun stay but needed coffee

Cute comfy condo. Great beds. Good location. Only problem is the coffee maker didn’t work. Wrong brand carafe with a different brand maker. Didn’t connect to drip. With 6 women over 50 we need coffee. Notified management who said would drop off new one early next morning. Never came for next two days. We rigged the one we had after alot of wasted coffee. Check the coffee maker and have a great stay. Also had wrong wifi password on paperwork but management very fast to send correct one.

Nice condo!

We were in town for a week at the end of February. This condo itself was in a great location and had everything we needed. Unfortunately 2 days before we were to leave I tripped and fell and broke my elbow. There is a section of the sidewalk that has a 2-3" difference between the cement and grass. We ended up leaving a day early. I did reach out to the owner to let him know what had happened. His only question was where did I fall? I thought maybe he would at least refund me one nights stay, but didn't. I was not the only one in my party to trip, my father and husband also had tripped at other times. This seems to me to be a hazard that should be addressed.
