Steps to Malmok Beach – with Oversized Pool

Enjoy Malmok, Aruba’s finest beach neighborhood! Situated among mansions and other fine, grand villas, you will find Villa Bella Mare! When we describe Villa Bella Mare as being steps from the beach, we mean that it is only a 1-minute walk to Boca Catalina Beach, a pristine, natural beach that is an island favorite. Bring your snorkel, mask, and perhaps fins for a crystal clear snorkeling experience with plenty of fish and things to see. The sea there is the calmest of any other beach cove on the island!

In Villa Bella Mare there are 3 good-sized bedrooms: The master suite downstairs has a king and a queen bed. This lovely airy room has direct access to the pool via patio doors. The master suite upstairs has a sea view, a king Tempurpedic bed, and a single bed. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed which sleeps 2.
All bedrooms have their own baths.


There is also a a sea view dining room on the ground floor as well as , comfortable living room with home theater and & widescreen projection TV, comfortable L-shaped sofa can become a pull-out queen bed, upright piano, sound system throughout the kitchen and dining area, an oversized state of the art indoor island Euro-kitchen, full outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining, BBQ, and plenty of pool lounges, several beach chairs to take to the beach, pool floats.

Perfect Island Feel

House was beautiful and felt like Old San Juan island vibe. All amenities were included ! Pool was beautiful and didn’t want to leave !! Communicating was easy and quick responses for any questions !! Was a great experience !!!!! Will definitely stay with them again!!

Great location

Loved this place. Great pool. Awesome location. Any problems we had were quickly solved by the property manager. Would highly recommend. And will be back.

Wonderfully comfortable home. Malmok is a great area. Loved walking down to feed the cat community. And watching the turtles. Pool was great and an added bonus. Thank you.

Steps to the ocean!

The property fits the description and pictures. It’s great. The only thing that I feel everyone should be made much more aware of is that the realty office is connected to the garage, no big deal, nothing about the location of the office was disruptive at all, the description should just include a note about this. The thing they need to be MUCH more clear on is the housekeeper that is provided. I had no idea there was going to be someone on the property for a full day almost every single day we were there 7 days. We were notified of this at check in and did let them know it was not necessary, so we were surprised when she showed up after all, every single day. We chocked it up to the fact that they had already staffed her for our stay so if we sent her home she probably wouldn’t have gotten paid. We mostly just felt bad that she had to spend the days finding things to do outside on the property. She was helpful when asked, but mostly she just stayed in the laundry room until I told her she could spend her time in the back yard, I didn’t want her to spend her days uncomfortable. I bring this up because it should be brought up far before check in if you as a guest want the housekeeping service or not. Overall property was great, my family and I were comfortable and had everything plus some that we needed. And the location is great! You can walk to several different beaches with great snorkeling. The kids loved having the pool to hang out in/by after beach time.

Beautiful getaway very close to beach Area

We were in a Aruba for a family wedding and this house was just right for what we needed. Property manager Eleazar was a great host….very responsive when contacted. I even left my iPad there and when I contacted him he was so kind to bring it to me right away before I left for home. The house is priced right and it’s a big private gated house and outdoor oasis. They have a sweet lady who comes and cleans house everyday and does laundry. That being said just a few things that I would recommend to the host: ~With all the doors that lead to the pool area and the large upstairs bedroom door to balcony can not be used, only the main entrance door, to some it may be ok but our preference would of been nice to use them. ~Also the upstairs has a beautiful jet tub but no shower, there is a shower head in this tub but it only worked once. ~At check in you meet the property manager at the house and he shows you around and you find out the do’s and don’t, my suggestion is to give the codes to renter and explain house rules at that time. He also comes at check out and walks the house before you leave. We are new to renting through VRBO so not sure if that’s something they normally do? But they do have an extended period of time and a $800 hold on your card if for some reason house is damaged. ~FYI: There realties office is right there as well so they have people coming and going through your day. Overall it was a great place to stay & so relaxing, We really enjoyed it and our entire trip to Aruba.
