“Tom’s Kitchen”

This beautiful home is especially comfortable in a beautiful neighborhood. All new furniture and new flooring add to the beauty and comfort of this home. In addition, the personal touches add pleasure to your stay here. Cenral A/C a plus. No stairs a plus. Master bedroom suite-extra large with a private full bath. A guest bedroom (queen) with another full bathroom (has a tub). A living room w/ tv and sectional sofa and an additional front room with a queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper, an added plus. The famous Food Shack around the corner for breakfast.
Four seasonal beach passes to Jenkinson's Beach are included. The beach is steps away (only 5 houses away from the beach!) Great for families(Rides and entertainment). Movies on the beach for children, live characters. Aquarium. Mini golf. Weekly fireworks. Jenkinsons.com for live entertainment.

We really enjoyed staying at "Tom's Kitchen." The house was lovely, well appointed with everything you would need and it was super close to the beach and the boardwalk. The beds were super comfy. It is good to note that the third bedroom is really more of a living room space with a pull out couch at the front of the house so if you are looking for 3 full bedrooms with doors this is not quite that. Also note that the house has everything except sheets and pillow cases for the beds. Luckily my father-in-law noticed that from the super detailed doc that was sent to us before we arrived so we knew to bring our own but that would have been a bummer if we hadn't. Everything else about the space was perfect for us. Really nice to have a big dining area and the kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking. It was so great to be close to the food shack, we went there every morning for coffee and every afternoon for lunch on the beach. The house was clean and in perfect condition. Really couldn't have asked for a better more relaxing beach week with our family

This house was wonderful!!! We just returned from an amazing stay at this beach house with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old, and it was awesome. The location couldn’t be better—just a 3-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and less than an 8 min walk to the rides at the boardwalk, which made it so easy to pop back to the house for naps and snacks. There’s an ice cream shop around the corner, a playground nearby that our 4-year-old loved, and The Food Shack right around the corner which was amazing for breakfast and lunch. The house itself was super clean, which makes all the difference! and we LOVED the outdoor shower! So clean and relaxing! Our daughter also loved the toys and games they had for kids! Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy beach escape. We’ll be back!

Amazing stay at an amazing house! Its only few doors down from the beach but gives you just enough privacy from the noise of the boardwalk. The house is clean and spacious and has everything you need. The host Margaret is beyond helpful. She gave us wonderful tips on the area and her response time to any questions or concerns was immediate. I couldnt of asked for a better location and host! If I'm ever back in the Point Pleasant area I would definitely stay again!

Felt like home

This house was clean, with lots of useful household products, games, etc. There wasn’t anything we wished it had. Also a cute little coffee bar with everything necessary. Perfect location, close to the beach, the boardwalk and stores in town.

Simply Fabulous!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beach house in Point Pleasant Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The location couldn’t have been more perfect: just steps from the sand and close to all the local charm the Jersey Shore has to offer.The house itself was cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or winding down after a beach day, every moment felt like a dream. The host was responsive, kind, and clearly taking pride in making guests feel welcome and also with great recommendations on local sites!We’re already planning our next trip back—this place is a gem! Thank you!!

Oversized and Clean!!!

The house was larger than expected! Everything was clean to the highest of standards! The host had recommendations for local favs and was spot on!!! We had 4 adults and 1 child besides plenty of room to cook our favorite meals and enjoy as a family, we were also able to have a few movie nights in the living room as a family. The host for this rental was amazing and very knowledgeable. Go Army Beat Navy 😀

Lovely Home

I stayed a week in this home early October 2025. The home is clean, cute and very comfortable. It has everything you need. The beach is a short walk away. This home has a private driveway! My favorite feature is the very comfortable beds with ample high quality pillows. There is a washer/dryer, plenty of smart tv’s, and coffee makers. I also loved that the doors had codes so I didn’t have to worry with keys. This house is adorable and the owner is very quick to respond with any questions. I am so happy with my stay.

Home away from Home!

My husband and our almost 3 year old stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Margret is lovely, easy to communicate with, friendly and gave great local suggestions for our stay. The house is a 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach and family fun boardwalk. We were in town visiting family. The house has plenty of sitting areas, a nice dining table, it was a great location to visit with family and walk to the beach. One thing for parents with small children, there are some items around the house I had to move out of reach from my child but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The house is incredibly warm, inviting, has a lot of sunlight. It had everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Margret!

Great stay!

The house was great with lots of added bonuses like super comfy beds, a stocked kitchen (with knives that were actually sharp…a rare find in a beach house), and a very cool outdoor shower. Multiple coffee stations and a bottled water cooler serving ice cold H2O to cool you off after a day at the beach. The sun room is a great place to relax and read. This was our first visit to Pt Pleasant and the host was super helpful! Margaret gave us a huge list of restaurants and tips for our trip and also checked in with us during our stay. You will be in good hands if you choose to rent "Tom's Kitchen". Tip: Take a walk to Lake of the Lilies and see the swans!

Very nice house in great location

4 adults & 2 kids stayed for 5 nights and it was very comfortable. Master room is very big and easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids. Guest room was also a very good size for 2 more adults. House is very spacious inside and out and was extremely clean, with lots of supplies for kitchen/laundry etc We have 2 young children and the house did have some personal belongings that we had to “hide” during our stay but wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Beach is a few mins walk away and the location was perfect for us. Owners communication was very good and seamless and hopefully we’ll stay there again.

Hosting is something I enjoy. I understand how important it is to make sure a trip away with family and/or friends is relaxing, enjoyable, and fun in a comfortable, safe, and very clean and organized setting.
As a hobby, I enjoy painting, and some of my originals are hanging on the walls in the home so please enjoy the coastal art :) My art is also for sale in town at the wonderful "Little Point Bookshop" in town on Arnold Ave.

We love the BEACH, which is only steps away, with beautiful sunrises in the morning. And, in the opposite direction there is a beautiful lake (Lake of the Lilies), which has gorgeous sunsets in the evening.

Special touches around the house include art, games (cards, Scrabble, a football, collectibles, and some toys for children. The mattresses on the beds are super comfortable!
