This one story beach house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 10 comfortably! Yes, that's right! No elevators, stairs or parking garages to fuss with! This property's open floor plan and updated kitchen are perfect for entertaining! There are smart TV's in all bedrooms and in the living area along with complimentary WI-FI throughout the home. Wanna get away from it all, step out back to your own slice of paradise, you will enjoy the private fenced in backyard where you can soak up some sun in the large salt water swimming pool (with the option to have heated). Throw some steaks on the grill and make unforgettable vacation memories while having the best beach cookout! There is parking for everyone, including small trailers/campers. The Blue Palm is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and an easy 10 min. stroll to Pier Park for shopping and dining! We stayed here Oct 22-Oct 25 for the fall bike rally. Didn't receive any checkin instructions until 45 minutes before checkin time, that's only after i texted 5 hours before for said instructions. Was told the code then to get in and that Wednesday (which was that day) the pool guy came, which was obvious when we arrived that he had not. The pool level was too low and there was debris on the bottom, as well as the pool was not running at all. Pics below of pool. The house is beautiful and clean. Spacious and well kept. Large bedrooms. Great parking spaces! The kitchen and bathrooms are Up-to-date. Overall this place was awesome close to everything, across the street from the beach . I messaged the host a few times to let them know of the pool with no response just that they would like to know they may need to have someone look at it because the water dropped so fast. Other than that this was an awesome place and we would still stay here again.

The pool was amazing all ages enjoyed it the beach is tight across the street and easy to get to the neighborhood is okay but you can walk to a lot of stuff in the area so we would stay here again.

This was a great house to rent! Kristina was the best hostess you could ask for. The house and pool were clean. The walk to the beach was short no stairs and restaurants in walking distance. We will surely be back to stay here.

Overall a wonderful place to stay and very convenient access to area shopping, restaurants and the beach! Very spacious home with open concept to accommodate large families and visitors! Just needed better kitchenware/cookware. Pool was absolutely amazing and so nice to have especially with all the seaweed and bacteria. We will definitely rent this house again! The host was wonderful and always made communication easy.

We stayed for a week the property was nice. The heated pool was nice but it quit working after the first day. There was also a lot of ants by the pool and would get in the water and bit.

Very close to pier park!

There was an issue when we booked it and it apparently didn’t come through on Vrbo to the property manager about us booking it until the morning of. So we kinda of freaked out because we got no check in or check out process email. But finally got them on the phone and it was fine after that. It was overall pretty clean. Hasn’t been dusted good in a while and the floors turned our feet and socks black. It was right around the corn from pier park! Close to the beach. That was nice!
