This condo comes complete with a full kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz counters, a full-size pantry, and a beautiful ocean view. Head outside for a morning sunrise and spot a dolphin or two, and relax on the leather sofa in the living room as you gaze out at the beach through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Wonderful location

This place is beautiful. Great location not too far from downtown St. Augustine, but also far enough that it wasn’t crowded at all. We had the entire beach to ourselves several times.

Nice beach getaway!

Adults and kids enjoyed our stay! Very nice unit just right for a week's stay! Views were lovely. One of the nicest places I've stayed in at Coquina. Thanks for the memories!

Spring break 2025

The condo was so lovely and so well appointed.We love Crescet Beach and this condo made it even more enjoyable! Prices have gone up and that is the only downside here. Everything else was perfect.

Time to relax

Beautiful upgraded condo. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the high top chairs on the deck. Pool was perfect and right on the beach. Paradise found!

Well maintained and super clean! Everything from kitchen ware, towels and beach items provided. Views are beautiful. Pool and beach were private not crowded. There is also an outdoor bbq area. Loved this place.

Feels like home!

Since discovering Crescent Beach several years ago, we have not stayed anywhere else but this property. The Condo is always perfectly clean and we have never had an issue with any of the amenities. It’s a cozy and thoughtfully designed retreat with a gorgeous view of the ocean! The entire complex is meticulously maintained and its proximity to area parks and attractions is great!

FANTASTIC!

This condo is beautifully decorated, close to the beach, all the amenities you could want or need, with the most comfortable bed I have EVER had in a rental! Coquina is a very nice, daily well maintained property. Very laid back, not too many people so plenty of space on the beach. We loved it! Owners are great to work with. Highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Accommodations, Great 2 Week Stay at Coquina B203

I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was very clean, very nicely decorated, beautiful complex, and felt very "homey". Danielle was exceptional from start to finish. a little off the beaten path. The sign out front needs lit up it was hard for the Uber driver to find us. The maintenance man walked in on us when we first got there which was a little disturbing. Otherwise everything else was good

A great place for families

This was the second time we stayed at the property, and it was great to be back! The entire facility is well-maintained and has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I love that there is a full bathroom on the unit's first floor, making it easy to rinse sandy toes quickly. One of our favorite things to do is enjoy the morning sunrise from the balcony chairs with our coffee. We also appreciated the extra towels, beach chairs, and umbrella! There is not a washer or dryer in the unit, but the owners have provided a laundry basket, and the laundry room facility on the property is a short walk, and there are plenty of machines available. We look forward to staying in this unit again. We feel instantly relaxed every time we visit!

Beautiful condo on an amazing private beach!

We enjoyed our week at Crescent Beach so much! The beach is huge, clean, and uncrowded…even on July 4th weekend! A 2-minute walk to the beach from the condo, with shower and boot bath station in the pool area to reduce tracking sand into the condo. The view from the back deck is beautiful. The condo itself is gorgeous, updated, clean, and had everything we needed. In the bedrooms, the three beds are comfy with lots of drawer/closet space. There’s a community laundry room right below the condo that has several washers and dryers for around $2 a wash/dry cycle. We didn’t realize there were no elevators on property for my elderly mother to use, but it was only one flight of stairs up from the parking lot to the condo, so not an issue. When we return to the St. Augustine area, we’ll absolutely want to reserve this condo again!

Beautiful and Clean!

We just got home from our vacation. We loved this condo. It is a 2 floor condo on the second floor. No elevator access but only one flight of stairs. Beautiful view of the ocean. We loved the fact there was extra trash bags, and toilet paper in other places there is never enough and you are stuck buying them in big packs you will have to take home. The housekeeping was impeccable. Close to shopping , restaurants and etc. The only negative thing I can say is there is no blinds, drapes or anything in the living room and we felt we were on display at night. We would rent this again if we come back to the area. If you travel with young kids make sure you take them to the Alligator farm in St. Augustine. It was a favorite of our trip.

Calming Coquina

This condo, while a bit small for our party of 6, was beautifully decorated, modern, and they’ve done a wonderful job with space. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. It has amazing views of both the ocean and pool, which were only a few steps away no matter where you are in the complex. The beach itself wasn’t crowded, so that was also a plus. There was plenty of parking for guests. Our only drawback was not realizing the condo didn’t have a washer or dryer, which is a necessity for us staying for a week. There are machines downstairs, but require payment which overcharged another guest and didn’t work. The building manager was very unhelpful. Thankfully Danielle was very communicative and was able to take care of the situation. Overall it was a wonderful location and stay.

Relaxing & beautiful

The location was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated-from the lovely bed linens to the comfy seating. The place was immaculate inside-just lovely. I could move right in and it felt like something decorated by Joanna from Fixer Upper. The ocean views, the beach, the sunrises-all breathtakingly beautiful. Several restaurants are located nearby and all had good food, good service and live music/trivia/bingo options. There were a few hiccups but nothing that warranted too much stress: ie. A man, unannounced, came to fix/replace the front storm door so that was an unexpected surprise (we thought he was trying to break in); young kids were screaming in the pool area on our last night until 1AM, the beach umbrella was broken and the fan in the master bedroom made this ongoing clicking noise when in use. Oh, and I wish the Coquina sign on A1A was easier to see (we drove past it twice and then it's really challenging to find the sign while traveling northbound on A1A). We fell in love with Crescent Beach for its relaxing,friendly atmosphere and feel that The Coquina is THE best place to unwind and enjoy.

Fall Getaway

Very comfortable and great location. Great instructions included in the condo for everything. Well-equipped kitchen and nice outdoor areas. Door lock is fickle - be patient, it does work. Only negatives - all bedrooms are upstairs and laundry is a communal area not in the actual condo.

Wonderful Week

My family and I had a very relaxing stay in this unit. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of spoons - only 5 teaspoons in the cutlery drawer - but this was a minor inconvenience. Everything was provided down to the comfortable sand chairs! Thank you for sharing your place with us!
