Sugar Beach Condo amenities include a pool, clubhouse, grilling area, tennis courts & shuffleboard and the BEACH is just a few steps away. In addition to all of this you will LOVE being able to WALK to dinner with many restaurant choices nearby. The unit is a spacious condo boasting almost 1100 sq. ft. of living space. Features include 2 private bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. A king size bed in one suite and other suite with a Twin Bunk Bed two set and queen bed, infant playpen crib-mattress...||



Kindly be advised that the parking fee for each 4-wheeler car is a fixed rate of $38 per stay, with no additional hidden charges. If you are planning to stay for five nights, you will only be required to pay a one-time fee of $38 to cover the entire duration of your stay. However, if you have an RV or a large vehicle, we kindly ask you to contact our host to inquire about the applicable charges and availability. They will be able to provide you with the necessary information and assist you accordingly.



During the peak season in summer, when the demand is high, we are pleased to inform our guests that the building consists of three floors, and you won't have to wait for the elevator. We understand the importance of a smooth and efficient experience, and our elevator system is designed to accommodate the increased traffic during busy periods. You can expect prompt and convenient access to your desired floor

DO NOT STAY HERE

I don’t recommend staying here. I paid a steep cleaning fee for it to be cleaned when I left, so I would expect it to be clean when I arrived. It WAS NOT. I had to clean the fridge out before we could put any of our food in there. My grandsons feet were black after walking on the kitchen floor barefoot. I couldn’t locate a mop so I had to clean it by hand. The outside of the garbage can was disgusting so I had to clean that. The silverware drawer was the worst. It looked like someone had smeared poop in there. There was food crumbs and spilt sauces all over everything so I had to clean all of the silverware. The outside of the fridge & the hood vent were all rusted. There was an ashtray on the patio that was full of cigarette butts. There was moldy mildew all over the inside shower curtains. There was a dirty shower cap on the bathroom counter. The living room furniture was disgusting. It was all moist feeling when you sat on it. There were holes in all the cushions and arm rest. Black spots all over everything from being so worn. We hardly sat inside because it was so nasty. Outside on the patio was a table and 4 chairs. The chairs were in good condition, but the table was rusted and corroded with lots of sharp, jagged edges. My grandsons head came right to the top of the table so we were worried he was going to cut his head on that rusted table. Contacted the owner and that was just a waste of my time. If I could post pics you would be disgusted.
