The condo was unclean and clearly had not been kept up for a long time. Furniture had been broken and rigged back together. The furnace filter vent was so full of dirt and dust it was showing on the outside wall. It was advertised as recently renovated as if the work had been completed however there was patch drywall that had not been painted. There were stains in the sheets of the master bedroom. Trash under the bed of the spare bedroom. The dinning room furniture and master bed were rickety and falling apart. There were no drain traps in the sinks or tub in the master bathroom. No lightbulbs in several lamps. The handle on the fridge was practically falling off and it kept leaking water from underneith it. The washer and dryer took all day to wash and dry two loads of laundry because it kept shutting off mid way through due to overheating because of lack of ventilation. We addressed the issues with the owner who was quick to respond and offered to send people out to clean and fix things however we declined due to not wanting to spend our vacation waiting for maintenance. These issues were clearly poor cleaning and maintenance for a long time. The property was beautiful and the condo had alot of potential if it was taken better care of. The owner offered to refund cleaning fee but we have not yet received it yet Ive stayed at alot of places through VRBO and have always had a five star experience this was a big disappointment. The locations and view couldn't be better.
