If we could give this property and the owners 6 stars, we would! Clean and comfortable and the perfect location for us - golf course within easy walking distance, hot tub, pool just steps away, Trader Joe’s, Target and restaurants all at the end of the main street (walkable!). The end unit was well laid out, with lots of space and quiet as can be. I couldn’t tell you if there was anyone else there as we didn’t hear a peep. The kitchen was well-equipped - even with a tea kettle for us non-coffee drinkers. That never happens! Smart TV in each room was fantastic as was the separate bathrooms. We had once of the nicest holidays and enjoyed this property immensely. We’ll be booking 2026 asap!

Wonderful condo in a great location

The condo is perfect for four people to enjoy. Golf just down the road, heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts and all within walking distance toTrader Joe's and Target.

Perfect Condo

This property has everything and extra. It is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The area is perfectly accessible to shopping, it has lovely pools, pickle ball courts, a book nook, hot tubs and is really well kept. We enjoyed all of it!We had a wonderful time experiencing all PS has to offer. Hosts were very kind and helpful.

As beautiful as promised

One often feels they can't trust property descriptions, but this one you can! Clean, updated, modern, and fresh, exactly as described - maybe even better :) Little touches and fully stocked - really shows this property is managed by pros who get what renters want and need. Condo community quiet, friendly, accessible. Delighted by thoughtful extras. Easy to get to walking and biking trails, pickleball and tennis courts always available, little book-lending library, easy walk to Trader Joes. Rent this one :)

Palm Springs, great unit great location

This unit was perfect for our 3- week stay in January 2024. Recently remodeled throughout, it boasts an open floor plan with lots of natural light and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a private patio. Steps outside the patio is access to the lovely, heated pool shared by the maybe dozen units that surround it. The Villas de les Flores is a lovely, quiet, and well-maintained complex with beautiful views of the mountains that surround it to the west. It is beautifully landscaped with mature palms and other desert loving plants, as well as enough orange and grapefruit trees for us to be able to pick fresh citrus for breakfast every morning! We were blown away by its central location and access to the two amenities we were looking for – golf and pickleball. The Villas has just built eight new pickleball courts that are about a 3- minute walk away from this unit. My golfer husband loved being surrounded by Tahquitz golf course, where he could play and practice to his heart’s content. This condo is 4 minutes away from Hwy 111, the main road that takes you from Palm Springs and further east into the Coachella valley. Access to Starbucks, Target, Trader Joe’s, Von’s Grocery, etc. is no more than a 5–10-minute drive, downtown Palm Springs. Mark, the owner of the unit, was helpful from the start of the booking to our departure. We would book there should we return to Palm Springs.

Most Enjoyable

From arrival to departure everything was enjoyable. Quiet location with very friendly neighbors. Well equipped except could have more cups and mugs for warm beverages. Hosts were very good at communicating with any inquiries and concerns . We all felt very much at home. Thank you Mark and Melissa

Loved The Nest!

I had the best time during my Palm Springs getaway while staying at The Nest. From the close proximity to the pool, to the overall cleanliness and cheerful vibes, this was the perfect place to stay. The condo is even cuter in person than in the photos and full of bright light during the day. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was great, I was able to walk to Starbucks and groceries were equally close by. Mark and Melissa were quick to respond to any questions and also sent out informative emails for check-in and check-out procedures. Check-out procedures were minimal and easy to follow. I'll definitely be staying at The Nest again on my next trip to Palm Springs.

We look to escape to warmer climates in the winter and love to travel internationally on the occasions we are able to.

This property is an amazing combination of modern design elements, great use of space, an awesome, quiet complex with all the amenities we enjoy, and a perfect location that is convenient to both the airport, and all the great activities that Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley has to offer.
