The bedrooms were very comfortable, and accommadated all 7 in our party. The beach gear in the garage was put to good use. Kitchen was well equipped. The BBQ grill was a little low on fuel, but we found a full tank of propane in the garage to cook our burgers. Of course, the best feature is the access to Mission Beach and the views! Great people watching from our penthouse level, and elite sunset views every night. We are planning to return someday. Hopefully soon!

The penthouse was so amazing, I did not want to leave! The unit is accessible and easy to find. It includes a garage which can be rare at Mission Beach rental properties. The garage has "all the things" for time at the beach which is just steps from the home. There is a view from nearly every room, including the large floor to ceiling windows in the main living area. The balconies offer plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sea air and sun, and people watch. The home had everything we needed for our trip. The interior was functional and well laid out. The location is perfect for walking to Mission or Pacific beaches with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. We will definitely look to rent this home again.

Great location within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The beach access and location to the boardwalk couldn't be any better. Our full size SUV fit in the garage without any issues.

Amazing location… in between Mission and Pacific Beach. Beds were very comfortable and well equipped. Bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The views from the balconies were amazing. Will stay here again!

Love this property! Our second time staying here, love the open floor plan, large windows and ocean view patios! It was clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates, cups. Could have used some additional supplies like extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Overall, we love this house and would come back!
