This is a one of kind property on the Space Coast situated 1 block from the beach. Set behind private walls, there's a beautiful HEATED pool, 6 person jacuzzi, and a relaxing, screened-in outdoor dining area, fruit trees, ample parking for 6 cars, and four kayaks with a private dock and boat!! Beyond the dock, explore the famous Thousand Islands preserve, great for dolphin and manatee sightings. The home has three bedrooms and a couch bed, sleeping 10.

There are in-house rentals available for a pontoon boat, street-legal golf cart, electric Moke, and electric bikes. Message me!

There's a large, modern kitchen and beautiful living space. Enjoy the sunsets over Indian Riven Basin, catch a space launch from the dock or beach, lay in the Hammock, or enjoy a glass of wine at night in the Jetted Hot tub.

A fisherman’s dream and a dolphin lovers paradise. You are likely to see dolphins feeding near the dock, as well as frequent visits from manatees and stingrays.

Great stay and will definetly stay again! Check in was easy with an access code of my choosing. Used basically everything the Host offered including the pontoon. It was an addition to the stay but that understandable. One thing that was not mentioned was the bioluminescence in the immediate area, this was amazing!! Literally off the dock at night! Nature is amazing!Walk to the beach is easy and the surround restaurants were fantastic. Host was always responsive to any inquiries or questions. Looking forward to our next visit!

Overall pretty good property. Had a great time with family. Great pool, dock, grounds. House could use some upgrading but nothing trip busting. I had my fishing kayak. Water is quite shallow in many places so be careful. We did use the boat one evening, little windy but was nice to watch the sunset. Other than that was too windy to use the pontoon.

Great Rental Property

The house was perfect for our two families to stay at. We enjoyed the pontoon, kayaks, bike, electric scooters, golf cart, body boards, beach equipment, pool, hot tub, and pool patio. When we were not at the beach we were in the pool or cruising in the pontoon fishing. We even got to see a manatee and dolphin from the house dock. Host was very laid back and accommodating with any questions through out our stay. Since it was during Christmas, they even put up a Christmas tree for us so we could enjoy our Christmas morning. We discovered the fishing poles were missing so they ordered brand new ones that came right away!One thing I would suggest to the host is to look at the grill and smoker on the patio. Grill did work ok for the trip but it may need new burner shields/burners as the current ones are rusting out and flames are not even so grilling a lot of food is challenging. Smoker was filled with wet pellets from previous renter and no proper electric cord to use it. Not a big deal for us. The property was beautiful and so close to the beach. We felt very safe at the house and in the neighborhood. We have no complaints and would love to rebook in the future! Thank you for letting us rent your place and being great hosts!

Amazing Property!

Our two-week stay at this beautiful Cocoa Beach house was nothing short of perfect! The house is spacious and incredibly well-maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, providing us with restful nights after our fun-filled days. The pool area offered a wonderful space for us to gather. We spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and simply soaking in the serene atmosphere. The yard is beautifully landscaped with views that made our outdoor time even more enjoyable. One of the best parts of our stay was having access to the pontoon boat. We had a blast fishing off the wharf, and experiencing the thrill of seeing so many manatees and dolphins up close. It was truly magical and something we'll never forget. The location of the house couldn't be better. Being so close to the beach was fantastic, and we appreciated having all the essentials provided, including beach chairs and other beach gear. It made our trips to the beach hassle-free and so much fun. The front yard is beautifully decorated and lighted, creating a welcoming ambiance every time we returned home. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns promptly, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, this house was a dream come true for our family vacation. We made memories that will last a lifetime and can't wait to come back. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with your loved ones, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Girls weekend…we had a wonderful time, this home was fantastic!! despite the rain we had so much fun! we used the kayaks, the hot tub and fishing poles! across the street from the beautiful Atlantic ocean and everything you need is provided, beach chairs, cooler etc. excellent hosts! highly recommend!!

Beautiful property

It would be hard to top this property. We had two families with 3 adult kids and 1 teen. The walk to the beach took about 3 minutes. Michael was a gracious host, easy to get a hold of for questions. Highly recommended.

Extended weekend stay

Family vacation in Cocoa Beach

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay on Cocoa Beach. Great wildlife and sunset viewing on the lagoon, caught some fish off the dock and easy walk to the ocean. The pool and patio space was great, house had everything we needed.

Disappointed

This house is in a beautiful spot on the river, close to the beach and restaurants. Great house with potential, but when we arrived the house was filthy. Dirty floors, dirty kitchen and bathrooms. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean everything. Believe me, when i say filthy it is not an exaggeration. We were told the morning of arrival that one of the bathrooms needed painting but, if we didn't mind unpainted walls, we could check in early. We were fine with that. However, it was more then unpainted walls. The trim boards at the ceiling and floor were hanging from the walls and the toilet wasn't secured to the floor. The bathroom was actually under construction which should have been communicated to us. The first night, the wall air conditioner in one of the bedrooms broke and soaked part of the bed and created a puddle of water on the floor. The owner did handle this promptly and had someone come over on Thanksgiving to fix it. We left the house while they were doing the repair and came back to find that the lady with the repairman had been wandering the house, emptying trash and folding laundry we had in the dryer. Creepy and unacceptable. She put herself out there as a sort of "manager" of the property. Even if that were the case, she should never have done anything inside the house. She was not asked to come over and do housekeeping. They were there for approx 6 to 7 hours causing my husband and I to have no access to our bedroom or bathroom. The owner graciously offered a form of compensation for the issues we experienced which was appreciated, however, in our opinion, not sufficient. While the air breaking was unforeseeable, there was no absolutely no excuse for the dirty house. After our trip, I sent the owner an email outlining our experience and I was ignored. Communication in the beginning was slow as it would take him days to respond to messages sent prior to our trip. Bottom line, the owner clearly was not prepared to accept guests into the house. They are charging a lot of money for this rental and it was not fit for guests. No matter what the cost though, a clean house is a must and very easily achievable. I guarantee you it would have been unacceptable to anyone.

This is a very unique property, situated at the narrowest part of Cocoa Beach not far from the Patrick Space Force base. Its unique positioning on the island puts it only a block from Cocoa Beach (dog friendly), With 4 kayaks, the house has a waterfront dock on the Banana River basin and at the edge of the famous Thousand Island reserve, a favorite Kayaking trail through mangroves . nightly sightings of dolphins and manatees feed near the dock. the house is also extremely private sitting behind walls and ornate iron gates. There is plenty of parking with up to 8 cars. There is a beautiful private pool with 7 ft deep end and a shallow end umbrella inside of a relaxing outdoor dining area, BBQ with smoker and outdoor kitchen. The property boasts a variety of fruit trees with Mangos, Dragon Fruit and Pineapple. There four Kayaks with a private Dock and Boat!! The home has three bedrooms and a couch bed sleeping 10. There is a luxury master bathroom with air tub and standup shower.
With a large modern kitchen and beautiful living space, with plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy the sunsets over Indian Riven Basin or catch a space launch from the back dock or the beach. There is a new Pontoon Boat available for use with an additional fee that can be used for fishing or just exploring through the mangroves or to watch a Space X launch from the water.
