Private Oasis at the Beach with HEATED Pool, Dock and Boat…..Dolphin paradise!

Very sad to hear these comments as we bent over backwards to accommodate Renai. It started with a request to check in four hours early. It is true that we had a someone finishing the remodel of a bathroom and they were in the last stages of finishing up. I explained to Renai that he needed to finish up and then that bathroom would be cleaned from any of the remodel residue. She again asked and explained since it was only one of three bathrooms that she was fine with him working if they could enter the house. I reluctantly agreed to try and be accommodating and that's where the problem started. Renai arrived hours early and told the repair man that she was checking in and that he needed to leave before finishing. She then wrote me and said that the bathroom was dirty and that she wanted a discount. At the time she owed me several hundred dollars directly to rent the boat over her stay and she suggested that I could "make it better" if she could get the boat rental for free. I agreed in an effort to make her happy. The next day was Thanksgiving Day and she called to say that an AC Unit was leaking. I immediately dispatched a repairman (on Holiday Double Pay) to the house to repair. When he arrived he said that they had the unit set on 60 degrees with all of the Doors and Windows open which would make any unit condensate. Renai insisted that it was broken, so the repairman spent his Thanksgiving taking apart an AC unit and putting it back together only to find that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Renai has claimed that the bed underneath it had gotten wet, however the repairman said it appeared that someone poured a glass of water on the blanket and sheets because it wasnt located below where the AC hosing even was. They stripped, washed, dried and remade the bed. I spoke to Renai and she seemed content, but suggested I should AGAIN " do something for her. At this point, I was starting to realize that Renai may not be dealing with us honestly and we started to become skeptical if any of this was real. The next day Renai checked out and we found in the house Cigarette butts and boxes despite a strictly no smoking. A few days later I received an email from Renai AGAIN demanding more money back, this time $600!!! I'm sorry, but this was a big learning experience for us. We bent over backwards before and during Renai's stay and all we got was trouble. This review was extortion because I refused to pay $600 more!
