Located in Palm Aire golf course area is a spacious home with a private fenced in back yard. Enjoy the sounds of the local birds while you have your coffee in the morning on the screened in back patio. This 3/2 has a split floor plan giving plenty of space for a family to enjoy each other without being cramped up. Every bedroom has a walk in closet. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, herbs, kitchen ware etc. Airfryer, blender, crockpot available with request. Host lives near by to help faciliate requests and needs. Pets Welcome with approval.

Great house to visit nearby family!

The house was very spacious, and the host provided everything we needed - bath and beach towels, laundry, etc.... The lanai was perfect for morning coffee and planning the day. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in Bradenton.

Great house in fantastic area!

The house was very nice with lots of room and furniture for seating. We enjoyed our stay very much! Also, it was in the heart of everything! Excellent high end shopping and great restaurants. We would love to come back soon!!

Great house on a great neighborhood

House was very roomy and had everything you needed to be comfortable. Houses and yards were very well maintained. Very safe area and located close to restaurants, shopping and Bradenton Motorsports Park.

Great home base for the area

My wife and I along with my adult son and his girlfriend were very happy with this property. I would describe this home as checking all the boxes. Safe, Clean, Spacious, Everything Worked, Hassle Free, Quiet with multiple zones for gathering or working. We would stay here again if needed.

Phenominal property w a great property owner

Would give this property and owner 10 stars if we could. My wife and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay. House made us feel at home. It had everything we needed. Owner reached out to us several times to make sure we were comfortable and our expectations were being met. We will be recommending this property to familly and friends.

Wonderful Stay Great Host

The house was spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the outside area with grill. The kitchen had everything we needed for a month stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the area with great restaurants/activities/beaches. Communication with Sundi was fantastic. We had one small issue and her fiancé Greg came over immediately to address it. We hope to stay here again!

Sundi was awesome and the house was bigger and cleaner than expected. 5⭐️ !!! Just let Sundi know what you need as she has plenty of additional items she can bring over. She’s great! Highly recommend!

In my top 3 VRBO properties in Sarasota area

I have been in town on a project and have been in a few VRBO properties. This property was perfect in every way. The home came complete with everything we needed. Great area and great location. The owner was wonderful and I was disappointed I had to leave. I will definitely be keeping this in my favorites and book here again. Thank you!!

Wonderful accommodations

We stayed for five days in this beautiful home in Palm Aire. The house is spacious, very clean and well-stocked. It is in a golf community, with friendly neighbors and many small streets for walking. The community is in a quiet location, not far from all the shopping on University Parkway. Our host, Sundi, was easy to work with and accessible whenever we had a question. If this is the type of accommodation you are looking for, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderfull House

You never know what you are going to get a lot of times with a VRBO. I have had questionable experiences in the past. This rental exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, immaculately clean, well appointed, and stocked with anything you would need. The neighborhood was nice and safe for 3 moms with their teenagers in town for a debate tournament. The owner was very responsive and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Sarasota 2023

This is a very clean and nice 3 bedroom home in a residential golf community located along University Parkway near Rte 70. The location gives you easy access to all the major shopping locations in this area. Plus there are numerous dining options within 1-2 miles in either direction. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions or needs we had. For example, some coffee mugs, a tea pot and a few other typical kitchen items were missing and she immediately replaced them. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the responsiveness of the owner.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees with local birds. Centrally located by the popular Benderson park and UTC . It is located 6 miles to the Sarasota/Bradenton airport, 11 miles to Lido beach and 5 miles to UTC and I75. There is a community park less than a mile with a walk path over foot bridges, kids playground and a deck you can fish off of with a lake visited by ducks, turtles, owls and swans. Owner/manager is located close by for any last minute request and issues that may need addressed like a burned out lightbulb etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

NO extra chores required. We don't expect you to leave a huge mess and we don't expect you to do laundry and chores when you leave. Please let me know if you have any special request to make your stay special.
