The Marigold House is a charming 1950's bungalow in the heart of Tucson. The slump block construction gives the home a desert modern feel. Full renovated while preserving the character of this midcentury gem.
The interior is simple and warm with natural materials and muted colors throughout. Sandblasted wood ceilings, concrete floors, skylights, and a woodburning stove for the winter months. We've filled the house with our favorite art, books, and furniture.
The kitchen is modern and features an integrated refrigerator, quartz countertops, and a beautiful new range. We have stocked the cupboards with all the essentials for cooking and eating at home. Large, Danish-designed dining table.
Renovated bathroom with a deep soaking tub, tiled shower, vanity, and organic bath linens.
The light-filled bedrooms are serene and calming, outfitted with our favorite Tuft and Needle mattresses and organic linen bedding. Large closets with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
Wide back patio and outdoor dining table, perfect for early morning coffee. The large, peaceful yard is a work in progress! Beautiful views to the mountains.
The house is located on a quiet, bike and pedestrian friendly street just north of the historic Blenman Elm neighborhood (home to the Arizona Inn). Tucked between the foothills and downtown, with beautiful views to Mt Lemmon.
