Ubicación del Premier Catalina Foothills. Studio suite de la casa principal con entrada privada / exuberante porche. 1 dormitorio con cama grande, 1 baño con cocina americana. Reformado hace varios años con piso de azulejo nuevo, pintura, electrodomésticos (nevera bajo gabinete, microondas, estufa, una unidad / C), IKEA gabinetes, closets con mucho espacio, ventilador de techo y ducha con claraboya. Un montón de aparcamiento fuera de la calle, para guardar bicicletas, asientos al aire libre / parrilla disponible. Minutos para practicar senderismo, ciclismo, actividades al aire libre, restaurantes. Pima Canyon Trail y otros Hilking 5-10 minutos, ir de compras en La Encantada 5 minutos, la Universidad de Arizona, 15 minutos del centro y 20 minutos. Wi-fi incluido. Serene barrio residencial en cul de sac.

Laura and Lee were the most gracious hosts, and made me feel totally welcomed in their home. They are respectful, kind, and straightforward. I felt incredibly safe the entire stay. The amenities were amazing as well. Very grateful for their hospitality!

Very helpful stay, as we moved to Marana AZ

In moving to Marana (northwest) of Tucson, we needed a base from which to attend the necessary meetings as part of closing on and moving into our new home. The Shaw's studio space was perfect for us. It's very conveniently located, with plenty of parking, our dog was allowed and we had all the conveniences we needed.

Amazing stay!

Lee and Laura are absolutely adorables! I really enjoyed My 1 month stay for a lot of reasons;1. You ride a bike? The city is bike-friendly. Lots of routes and start corner street.2. You can shop with less than 10 minutes walk.3. Everything around mountains, restaurants, cinema….The apartment is well equiped, private parking and terrasse/patio. You gonna see wild animals around, just loved it…I recommend the studio 100%.

Cute Gem in Quiet Neighborhood

This cute studio with a private courtyard was a perfect place for my fiancee and our 2 little dogs. The owners couldn't have been nicer! Plenty of space for us, with all the amenities. Bathroom was also a good size. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Tiny Tuscon Treasure

Though this place was small it was efficiently organized, clean and well appointed. The studio room had a small courtyard attached which was very pleasant. It also had a table and chair setup in the sunshine. There was ample parking and very nice washer and dryer. The owners were exceptional, friendly and very quick to address any needs or problems we had. Lee and Laura were very welcoming. Great hosts!

Cozy beautiful place near the mountains

We absolutely love staying here! Our hosts were friendly and available! All though small, we had every convenience and enjoyed a private patio outside and walking in the lovely neighborhood every morning. There was a great hiking trail in the mountains close by!

Perfect oasis

Linda and Lee are amazing hosts. The guest house was stocked with the basic necessities and very comfortable. The location is excellent and a short walk to the grocery stores. We have already booked for next year.

I had to cancel but no problem

I booked Lee and Lauras property for November and December of 2018 but unfortunately an unexpected medical issue made it impossible for me to travel to Arizona. When I asked for a refund Laura was very accommodating and they refunded me in a timely fashion. One of the things I appreciated most was the fast responses to my email. So even though I didn’t get to stay there the experience in communicating with them was very positive. Maybe next time! It looks like a great spot....

Great place to stay

I stayed here for three months and really enjoyed it. The studio apartment was the perfect size for me and had everything I needed. The owners were very nice and helpful if I ever needed anything.

Perfect oasis

I stayed in the Shaws studio for 3+ weeks, while in Tucson awaiting the birth of my latest grand daughter. It was perfect for me, clean, cozy, quiet and private. I appreciated being close to a grocery store and a couple of yummy restaurants, just a minute away. I will definitely stay again, and would highly recommend this lovely unit.

private, well equipped, gracious hosts

Lee and Laura were perfect hosts...not hovering, just very responsive. The guest suite, with many well thought out and aesthetically pleasing touches, is in a Tucson desert garden. Location is close to wonderful hiking in the mountain park as well as restaurants and stores.

Quiet, comfortable space!

Clean, nicely detailed studio. Kitchenette is well equipped for simple meal preparation. Very quiet neighborhood. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Close to shops and grocery stores. Not far from several trail systems on the west and north sides of Tucson. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone or a couple seeking a quiet, relaxing space to stay in Tucson.

Little gem in the foothills

If you are tired of trying to find "small and charming" in the sea of "spacious and luxurious" bigger-than-needed guesthouses, this is the place for you. This place is PERFECT for one or two people, has everything you need for comfort and quiet, including a small, enclosed, shaded patio. Owners Laura and Lee are wonderful hosts, available for any needs (of which I had none), and provided a very clean and bright, tastefully decorated, comfortable place to enjoy the beauty of the Catalina foothills. It's very close to Tohono Chul and grocery stores, and not far from Catalina State Park which is VERY worth a visit. I stayed for a month and LOVED it. I recommend it highly and will do so to all my family and friends who plan to visit this very beautiful part of Tucson.

A great experience!

Had a fine thirty day stay. Gracious hosts provided a well stocked guest house with private parking and patio. The large lot was landscaped with many types of cacti, as well as lots of other native plants. Excellent communication with owners before, during, and at the end of my stay. The property is in a great, safe area, and is close to a large choice of stores and major routes. The property is also close to some fine hiking areas. The view from the rental is a vey nice one of the close by Catalina mountains. I would book another stay in a heartbeat.

Wonderful short stay.

Very nice place, had everything my husband and I needed, very clean. We enjoyed having an outside patio in the garden. Very friendly owners gave us great advice on where to eat and what to do.

Clean, Nice, Friendly, Quaint, Efficient & Great Location!

A senior couple of snowbirds who enjoyed our month long stay here. Nice neighborhood, friendly accommodating host, nice clean place, a little small, but quaint very efficient floor plan, with everything you need including a very comfortable queen bed. Nice outdoor space with private courtyard and outdoor table & chairs with umbrella were nice for reading on sunny afternoons. Can park you car right next to entry. Very nice and all inclusive church next door which we really enjoyed, even made new friends there who gave us a lot of tips about how to visit and live in Tucson. Very handy location with stores, shopping malls and restaurants near. Would stay here again. A good value for your money.
