Lovely Condo|Pool & Parking at Midblock

Our cozy apartment is located in the modern building with all the necessary amenities: rooftop pool, an outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center, concierge service, and covered parking. The place has what it takes to make your stay memorable and comfortable. You will find yourself in the heart of Midtown, just walking distance from shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. 10 min to Miami Beach, 2 minutes to Wynwood, 10 minutes to Brickell and Downtown.

Registration fee: $50 per guest, paid at reception.

Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people:
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• King size bed in the first bedroom;
• Two single size beds in the second bedroom;
• Washer & dryer;
• Ironing equipment;
• 1 assigned parking spot.

As our guest you get full access to the following amenities:
• Pool;
• Gym;
• 1 free assigned parking spot;
• Outdoor barbecue area.

The building is centrally located in Midtown Miami. Its location places you steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops at Midtown Miami as well as within 5 minutes of the luxury shops and restaurants in the Miami Design District. By car, the Midblock condominium is 3 minutes from Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 18 minutes from South Beach.

Parking is included in the price of the stay. Vehicles must not exceed 6.8 ft.

Important: We inform you that starting October 23rd, the building will begin a restoration project. Please note that, during this period, you may experience occasional inconveniences, including restricted access to specific areas and heightened noise levels during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our community.

There is a $50 per guest registration fee that has to be paid at the front desk (only for adults).
In order to use pool and gym, please approach the front desk to schedule a visit.
All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional fee in the amount of $50
IMPORTANT

It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.

*If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.*

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.*

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Lost Key $100
Carpet Stains (spills): $50
Lost FOB/Access Cards: $100 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.

-visiting hour is until 11 pm if you exceed that time we will need to charge you a fee that the building will charge us.

- At checkin, building association requires a credit or debit card in case of any damages or misconduct in the common areas of the building.
