Country Club Villas is located in the resort area of Keauhou, on Alii Drive about 5 miles south of the picturesque town of Kailua-Kona. This spacious third story loft unit with 3 bedrooms (1 is loft bedroom) and 2 baths has newer furnishings and offers amazing 180 degree panoramic ocean views and overlooks the 18th fairway of the beautiful Kona Country Club golf course. Terrific Place to Stay

This is a terrific condo. We found it very clean and tidy. The furniture is truly comfortable, all the appliances you need are there as is everything you'll need to play outside. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

Couldn’t Have Been Better!

We had an excellent stay here as a family. The condo was equipped with everything you need and Greg was an excellent host, going out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Best Accommodations We've Ever Had

From the great communication from the host to the beauty of the condo and the location to the bedding and towels and fully stocked kitchen and the great neighbors and property managers and the multiple pools and the equipment for various activities, etc etc etc. Greg is a phenomenal host and I would encourage anyone to stay at his suite. 5 stars on anything and everything!!

Condo was perfect for us! The online pictures do not do the view justice. It was well stocked with everything including appliances and spices. We’ll be back!

This was a great property with everything you need and even stuff you didn’t even think you needed. Property manager was awesome to work with. Amazingly quick replies. Would def stay here again.

Wonderful condo

This was a wonderful and relaxing home base for our family. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teens. It was a lovely and homey environment for us. Loved all the extra touches that made it feel like a home. Sitting on the lanai with the amazing view of Keauhou bay was a favorite activity. The three pools were also a wonderful amenity. As a swimmer I loved being able to use the rectangular pools for lap swimming every morning. The location was also perfect for us. We loved being south of Kona as there are some great snorkeling spots like Two Step a quick drive down the road and we love the towns south of Kona. (Kealakakua and Captain Cook). It was a really perfect vacation for us and we all felt this condo played a big part in that! Surpassed all expectations. Thank you!

Amazing view, stunning condo!

We walked into the condo and we were immediately wowed! The view is amazing! We did not expect a view this spectacular! You see the ocean from the front door and it only gets better! Everything is outstanding. The owners have clearly invested a lot of money making this a superior unit! The furniture itself is art, with engraved wood and unique end tables that look like a touch of the ocean. The large sofa is so comfortable, providing so much seating. The TV pulls out for everyone in the room to enjoy. The bedrooms are all perfect, including the loft with two twin beds and a privacy divider. The master walks out to the lanai. The lanai is very large, with a bbq and a beautiful table and chairs for six. Plus two comfortable chairs that recline!! That was a game changer in the best way, to enjoy the view of the golf course and ocean in recliner chairs! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The art work is amazing, local Hawaiian art! They have thought of everything, all the beach gear you will need, lots of games in the hidden spot under the sofa footstool, binoculars to watch the ships, pantry supplies, lots of beach towels. A view of the pool from the large windows in the family room. A beautiful pool with an ocean view! Lots of seating poolside. Oh and I cannot forget the welcome package! I will let you be surprised. I highly recommend this unit!
