The historic wide-plank hardwood floors, original wood beams and architectural details have been preserved and polished. The décor has been artfully curated by the owner with a palette of blue and white accented by natural aesthetics. Sisal rugs, an abundance of plants and antique artwork add character and interest. No detail is overlooked in the modern amenities provided for your comfort.

This is an ideal home for people with limited physical abilities as everything is on one floor with no stairs.

The kitchen is spacious with new appliances, granite countertops, and fully equipped with anything needed to whip up a dinner or a simple cup of tea. The City of Savannah Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am. The City of Savannah Police and the neighborhood strictly enforce this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined and/or evicted.
