Daniel was an excellent host. I had to make some adjustments on our trip and he was so easy to work with. The townhome was perfect for our family of 5. The townhome clean and well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys as well. The beach access was even closer than I expected and a great beach view from the balcony. We hope to return in the future!

This is a perfect location. Literally, steps from the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants and attractions in Surf City. This unit is well stocked and comfortable. Covered parking is really a plus. Great spot for a surfer.

Incredible location! Great ocean views, and the home is steps off the beach!! The place is spacious and well laid out. Great beds, bath, living area! Great carport and grilling area. Kitchen is functional and spices and leftover necessities are there! Everything is nearby! Everything! Even a ver the bridge is super close! We loved this place!

We had an absolutely great time. We logged many hours at the beach. Less than a twenty second walk. We have 3 boys ages 13-16 and the second bedroom with the bed and the bunk beds worked out great. It was a nice walk to restaurants and shops. Communication with Daniel was great and check in was easy. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Photos of day and night shots at the beach.

Very pleased with our stay. Bedding was comfortable. Beach is just a few steps away. We had everything we needed, which was nice because we have stayed at pricier rentals that were very stingy with toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Vacation 2025

This is my second time staying here. It has everything you need. Great location! Daniel is an excellent host very easy to get ahold of if needed. Our favorite place to stay on Topsail Island!!

The home was just as described and the location was within 50 steps from beach. There is an upstairs and downstairs, so if you have infants, take a baby gate. But there was a playpen at the home. Communication with owner was always immediately answered.

End of season getaway

Enjoyed Topsail, location is terrific! We had a very comfortable stay, loved the small deck, able to have our coffee there and view the ocean. The condo was attractive and airy, lots of natural light. Very easy access to the beach and quite nice to have beach chairs etc provided!

Perfect Location

We had the best time in Surf City in large part due to this property being so close to the beach. Just cross the parking lot, go down the stairs and you’re at the ocean. The home was complete with everything we needed from the kitchen to chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The one thing that would improve the rating is the cleaning crews attention to details. While the home was clean; when we arrived the dishwasher was full, there were only 2 squares of toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom, and food that was easily wiped off with a paper towel was splattered on the cabinet doors. I only needed limited contact with the owner as the check in process was simple and we had no issues with the home, but he was quick to respond as needed and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break getaway!

This place was absolutely excellent for all of our vacation needs. We watched the sunrise over the ocean from the deck, the beach was steps away, and almost everything we needed was within walking distance. The space was well stocked and nicely arranged. Daniel, the host, was extremely responsive when we had a small issue in the bathroom. He was quick to respond and do what was needed without interrupting our stay. This was our second time to Surf City, and we love it. I highly recommend this area, especially with young kids. Thank you for hosting us!

Comfortable & Conveniently located

The home was clean and comfortable. Daniel ,the owner was wonderful and responded to any questions I had quickly. The only thing regarding this home was there are a lot of stairs. But if you don’t mind the exercise, it’s well worth the stay!

Great home and location!

Was a little nervous when I found out the ownership changed hands after I booked this property, but was soon pleasantly surprised and pleased of the great communication with the new owner. Home and location was perfect!

Great location

This was a great stay! Barely a walk to the beach, was not crowded at all! Loved the feel and friendliness of Surf City. Lots of places to eat within 1/2 mile walk. Property was well maintained and owner was very responsive!

The perfect location to vacation with our pups. NOT a complaint, just thought mgr might like to know: tub drains very slowly, electric outlet under the wineglass rack doesn’t work.

Few steps to the beach!!

Loved this property! The host was great. Answered any questions we had before arrival. Check into the property was so easy and the house was just as advertised. Lost electric for a very short time and the host called to see what the problem was and communicated with us until the problem was resolved. Just a few steps to the beach and a great place for a family to stay. Would definitely rent from this host again !!!

I love that my kids can take a few steps and be on the beach without crossing any streets. Close to all the local restaurants and the pier.
