The Space:
The apartment features a fully equipped living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for cooking, dining, and relaxation. Natural sunlight fills the living room through the glass balcony doors, but you can always maintain privacy with the blackout curtains. Step out to the spacious balcony and enjoy the serene courtyard and its fountain.

The Neighborhood:
The complex boasts an ideal location on Seven Mile Beach, known for its vibrant entertainment, exceptional dining options, and a wide range of activities in Grand Cayman. Conveniently situated within walking distance, you'll find Camana Bay, Georgetown, renowned restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators, and dive shops nearby.

Getting Around:
Should you wish to explore further, transportation options abound. You can easily rent a car or request a doorstep pickup by a taxi service. Additionally, public transportation along West Bay Road, which runs along the Seven Mile Beach strip, offers another convenient way to get around. If you're participating in organized tours, most operators offer door-to-door transportation services.

There are also electric bike and e-scooter rentals available onsite.

The beach is located a minute walk across the road and through the easily accessible path between the Great House and Avalon condominiums.

Other Things to Note:
Music may be heard from restaurants and bars on the property.

The Grove features The Rec Room Gym offering private and membership options. The private gym (Pavilion) provides a boutique training facility with luxury therapy rooms, a red-light room, and cryotherapy chamber. Prebooking or appointments are required, with separate pricing for members and non-members. The luxury membership gym offers elite equipment and innovative fitness classes in high-end studios, requiring an annual membership fee. Non-members can access the Courtyard facilities at a weekly or monthly rate (classes not included and no day passes available).

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
