Perfect Home Base for Phoenix Cultural Exploration

This contemporary home provided a wonderful finale to our Arizona adventure. The mountain and city light views lived up to the description, offering a picturesque backdrop to our stay. While the kitchen could benefit from a few more pots and pans, it was otherwise well-appointed.The location proved perfect for exploring Phoenix's cultural gems - we particularly enjoyed visiting the Desert Botanical Garden and Taliesin West (Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home and school). The modern amenities and stylish design made for a comfortable and memorable stay.A solid choice for those looking to experience Phoenix's blend of urban sophistication and desert beauty.

Fantastic reunion

My college friends and I stayed here this past weekend and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The photos are accurate. Spectacular backyard and view. Will be back.

Spring Training girls trip

2nd year at this property for our annual girls spring training trip and as with last year the house did not disappoint. Great spot for our group (7) with room to spare.

Phoenix stay

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family of three adults. The house is very modern, decorated nicely, and comfortable. The game room is cute and fun. The backyard space is amazing! The hottub is very nice, and the outdoor heater is beautiful and made it cozy to sit around and enjoy the view. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Diamond in the Rough

We loved our stay at this VRBO. We were hesitant about keeping our reservation once we googled the address but once we arrived, we knew we had nothing to worry about. Tomasz and Bobbie were so great about answering my questions quickly and helped calm our nerves about the location of the rental. They also accommodated our early check-in request (which we paid for) at the last minute. The neighborhood is quiet, not a lot of traffic, most properties are well-kept. The Bednarz have done a great job with this new build. You can tell they made backyard privacy a priority as they installed tall fences and sun shades in the perfect spots. We spent most of our time outside around the fire pit and in the hot tub, the neighbors probably got an ear full from us but we respected quiet hours which started at 10pm. We utilized the washer and dryer several times which was a nice amenity to have. We didn’t spend any time in the game room but it looked really fun. They provide hotel-style toiletries, black wash cloths for removing makeup, detergent pods for the washing machine, k-cups, etc. I thought the king size bed was very comfortable with it’s soft linens and down pillows. You do have to watch out for the beer/wine fridge not closing all the way and not staying shut. There were several occasions where it was unintentionally left open but it beeps to let you know that it was left open. I would also recommend that they use a darker colored bath towel to help reduce the risk of stains. A girl in our group had a spray tan and was worried that it might stain their beige towels. I was also worried about removing my makeup with anything other than the black towels they provide as there weren’t enough in the house for daily makeup removal. These are minor things that could improve guest comfort; not a deal breaker at all! We would love to come back to AZ for another stay at this property.

Beautiful property & comfortable furnishings

WOW!! House is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and furnishings are all very nice! All beds were comfortable and property had everything needed for a comfortable stay! The outdoor patio & fire pit were perfect for the cooler evenings, and the game room was enjoyed by all who stayed!! Don’t be intimidated by the fact this house is in a “trailer park,” we were an all girls group and NEVER felt uncomfortable with our surroundings!! All around GREAT property and we are already looking to rebook in the future!

Hidden gem

I have to admit when I googled the address once we received our check-in info my party was terrified that we were scammed because it showed a tiny run down trailer. We drove to the property and were a bit surprised to find a beautiful home in the middle of a trailer park community. However, the home was immaculate and had everything we needed. It truly is a beautiful home if you can look passed the neighborhood. We would stay there again. The hosts responded quickly with any concerns.
