Look no further! This private In Law King bedroom/full bathroom has what you're looking for in a new safe neighborhood, your safety is our priority! You will see a door in the suite which remains locked 24/7 with a deadbolt and also has a alarm system. So sleep in peace. This suite is surrounded by many different cities, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Surprise, Sun City West and 20 minutes to downtown PHX! It is attached to the back/side part of our home, but its totally private. Has a keyless entry lock to come in and out as you please. This Suite has washer and dryer in unit! a dining table for 2 a smart TV, Kitchenette (NO FULL SIZE KITCHEN)full size bed, XL travel twin cod, Love couch, microwave, mini fridge, ironing board, and iron, coffee pot, full size closet. There is puzzles, Board games, card games, and books! Access to the 303 freeway is only a 2 minute drive! catch the I-10 from the 303 just 5 minutes away. Restaurants nearby, fast food, hiking, biking, Estrella Falls movie theatres, Bowling, Casino, Shopping and much more! Occasionally you will hear the sound of freedom! the area can occasionally be affected by Jet patterns. This is infrequent and no issues have been reported by guests previously. Come enjoy yourself in this peaceful suite made just for you. Please Note you can hear us talk from time to time, or my Shih Tzus will bark when someone is at the door, other than that we are transparent on everything listed!

2 week stay

Our trip was planned for 2 weeks. The location was quiet with a nice view of the sunset when we returned each evening. The space was smaller than I anticipated. The refrig was small with no freezer compartment. We packed lite because we planned on using washing machine. It was small with it being one unit washer/dryer and water drain goes through bathroom wall to drain in the sink. For a short stay this place has what you need.

Did not stay

I left because of how small it was. I had a teenager and another adult. The port made it seem like there was 2 rooms (living space and bedroom). I asked for a refund but that was refused. It should be clearly advertised as a studio. The twin bed was a spring with a mattress pad on it. Not an actual bed.

Long weekend in Arizona

Although we gave fives in our rating, it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. As someone else remarked, we could smell cooking and here the people a little bit--but because we knew that going in, it wasn't a big deal. To the owners: it would be nice to have a few extra towels and if you raise the shower curtain a few inches, it will keep the shower curtain from dragging in the tub. Also, at least two lights were burned out.

Quick trip

The property is attached to the main house. So you can hear them in the kitchen cooking and talking. You can also smell what they cook because you share the wall with the kitchen. You couldnt control the climate in your area either. You could hear their dogs barking through the walls also. So if you can hear them they can hear you. So no true privacy if you want an intimate get away.

Bare neccessities

Overall not unhappy with the property. Location was good and host was attentive. It is just a very "efficiency" room/property. There is no way more than 2 ppl could stay there and 1 is more doable. It appeared clean on the surface, but were some issues as you look closely, i.e. beer cans left in the closet drawer from previous renter. It really does not have a kitchen, only shelves on the wall with a coffee maker and portable burners, but nothing to cook with or in. Microwave is in closet and a wine cooler that is used as a frig. No extra towels or bath mats for the bathroom floor.....dangerous. All of these are relatively small issues and can be remedied. There is a TV, but it is hanging on the wall over the bed, so there is NO WAY to watch it unless you're sitting on the small couch at the foot of the bed.....awkward and inconvenient. Again, not the worst, but just needs more attention to details.

This property is a very gorgeous community, has walking trails, Mountain Views. The stars are very bright here since its darker on this side, we just love being away from the city and all that traffic lights. convenient location for what your looking for, the surrounding areas, are Goodyear, AZ, Avondale, AZ, Buckeye, AZ, Surprise AZ, Sun city West.
