Beautiful quiet neighborhood, less than 5 miles to Beaver Stadium and close to bus routes for game day shuttles. Private entrance to 1200 sq ft full basement. Includes kitchenette, beautiful new bathroom, workout area with Peloton and LOTS of room for friends and family to spread out. (King Size Bed, 2 Queens, and additional options upon request) Enjoy dining and relaxing on the back patio with fire table and grill. We're happy to provide basic groceries/pantry items upon request. Additional air mattresses also available upon request.

Highly Recommend

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from PSU. The pictures don't do it justice as far as how big it is. Of all the places I have stayed at over the years, this was the most comfortable because it was so roomy, including the bathroom. The hosts were great and thought of everything. They left us snacks, drinks and a gift. Wish we discovered this gem sooner than graduation!

Happy Valley

It was the perfect place to stay for the game. Plenty of room, great TV and the hosts could not have been nicer. Left us water and beer! And only 10 minute ride from downtown in the stadium. Would definitely stay again. Shawn

We are!

First time going to a Penn State game. The check in process was seamless and the space is much larger than I imagined. Great location to campus. When we walked in we felt so welcomed to be there, can’t wait to go back again we will definitely have to stay longer!

Great “Penn State” football weekend!

What can I say, other than we absolutely loved our stay at Nick & Jessica’s vrbo this past weekend. We had the whole apartment to ourselves and Jessica had really outdone herself with all of the special touches to make our weekend getaway to see our beloved “Nittany Lions” the best weekend ever, so thank you, again, Nick & Jessica for your wonderful hospitality and for making our quick weekend up to Penn State absolutely perfect!

This property is fantastic. The entire apartment is beautifully renovated. From the first step in the door this place immediately feels like home away from home. It has a kitchen, sitting area, sofa and large TV, 3 beds and a large bathroom w a great shower. The host did not miss a thing from soft towels and bedding, to a keurig, and cold waters in the refrigerator. It’s about10 minutes from the center of town and in my opinion the best place to stay if you’re visiting Penn State. We will be staying here again.

My family could not have been more pleased with our stay. Jessica and her husband are amazing people who showed that they were eager for us to have a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful and in an awesome location. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Better than a basement could ever sound!

Four adults stayed at this amazing VRBO for a PSU football game. We did not stop raving about our stay from the minute we walked into the space until we pulled the door shut behind us. Beautiful neighborhood, impeccable attention to detail, the most lovely and comfy beds and bedding, an updated space with lovely bathroom, and the list goes on! The sweet owners were great with communicating from the word go and could not have been more generous in providing us with local goodies upon our arrival as well as a fridge stashed with waters, beer, etc. We seriously felt as though we were staying with family...only maybe we like our VRBO hosts better than some of our family! All joking aside, anyone would be fortunate to spend time in this relaxing and comfy sanctuary. Do NOT let the word "basement" be off-putting...it is a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Welcoming Stay in Happy Valley

We enjoyed our stay for a football weekend. The property was in a beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood. Convenient to get to town and the stadium. The place was super clean and fully equipped with all the essentials. Communication with the owners was easy response time was quick. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Perfect for football weekends!

I am happy to report that our stay here was great--Jessica and her family are very gracious hosts. We were the very first guests to stay here, and if we needed anything, our hosts provided it quickly. It was very clean and very spacious--lots of room to relax after a long day of tailgating. It is also close to downtown and all off the activities State College has to offer. All in all we had a great experience.
