Unit was clean and amazing location. We had an issue with a door handle and it was promptly addressed. Would absolutely stay here again

Volleyball Nationals

The condo was clean, and comfortable for our family of 4 there is plenty of room. It is nice that the bunks are in there own area, a little more private that the normal walkway.

Lots of little issues

The master bedroom main light doesn’t work, One of the lamps don’t work, Tried the jet tub, but it shot Out of the tub. It was also pretty dirty. There were no wash rags, And some plugs didn’t work. We also Couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Other than that, it was fine.

Love the condos

We stay in the condos every time we come to Florida but this time I booked through a third party and I’ll never do that again! We were missing multiple things I knew we should have from staying there before. I’ve contacted them and didn’t receive anything that was missing like no trash bags. They leave a couple behind and there wasn’t one trash bag. The second bedroom had a tv and cable wire coming out of it but no box so there was no tv. Master bathroom had 6 lights above the mirror only two worked. The outside handle was broke off (on the outside). What you see in the picture is not how it looks. Pictures need to be updated. I’ll book directly through the condo itself next time.

Short but great!

We were only there a couple of nights and were at Disney most of that time. The condo was really nice, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the comfortable beds after a long road trip and the view from the balcony was amazing. We are planning another trip in October and will definitely consider staying again when we can enjoy all of the amenities.

Good location.

Property was in a great location. When we checked into our room we liked the condo, however we were left with no wash cloths what so ever. I did a load of our laundry that after afternoon and there were towels that were left in the dryer. Still no wash cloths. I contacted the property manager about the wash cloths and asked for more. I was told someone would bring them. Two days went by and was told the owner would bring them Friday, we checked in on Tuesday, checking out on saturday. Friday came and went, still no wash cloths. The gym states it opens at 6am, it does not. Your key card will not work until after 7am, don’t waste your time trying to get in before then. Overall a bit disappointed. We were also left with two rolls of Toilet paper in each bathroom that was almost empty and needed to by more by the end of the first day.

Gs troop traveling to Disney

Check in process was easy overall the condo seemed clean. I would not want to bathe in the Jet tub. You can see black grime or mold in the jets. We put our stuff in the refrigerator. We had brought food to save money. The morning after our arrival when I got up and drink a water it was warm so we had to throw away our perishable food and this obviously was a loss of money and then we had to spend more money and did not expect to pay and we were on a limited budget, since we were traveling as a Girl Scout troop, and we could save their money for the past two years for this. Two of the burners on the stove would not work. The refrigerator did get cold, but I had to have it up on the highest setting (it was set at the middle setting when we arrived so just make sure you have it turned up.) I am a serve safe food handler and it was not at safe temperatures in the middle of setting when we were there. As another review stated there is only one chair on the balcony and we were going to bring chairs, but traveling with our troop we didn’t have extra room so we did not have camping chairs to put on the balcony and don’t have the extra money to go buy them just to throw them away. They did respond about the refrigerator. What right away asking questions that I had turned it off and we are waiting to see if that was going to correct the situation which it did. However, when I emailed about the burners not working and the oven not getting to temperature those issues were never addressed Until after we were checking out and I emailed them again because it wasn’t responded to. The oven would say it was at temp. It I would put a pizza in at temp it said and directions would say 17 mins and it would take 45+ mins and still be undercooked. Oven sets off fire alarm which appears to be common in the resort as you can hear others going off when in the pool. The chain security lock on door is broken. To get on balcony you must go through master bedroom as door to balcony in living room is not working. We chose to stay off property to be able to prepare meals and save money. In the end I think we should have just paid extra to stay on property since we did not have the benefit of the kitchen as we had anticipated.

Good location, needs repairs

The view was nice and it is located close to Disney. I have stay at the complex before and it is good. My issues are with this specific unit. Many things had a layer of dust, the paint was chipped all over the unit. The refrigerator did not cool and the freezer worked enough to keep the refrigerated items cool. There was a sewage smell in the master bathroom sink. Messaged the manager for check in instructions and never received a reply. I also never received check out instructions. Only stayed two nights or would have have to move elsewhere.

Nice view and good location

We enjoyed our stay here and it was a great value for the money. The balcony was amazing and we enjoyed the sunrise view from there. The condo felt spacious. The furniture is older and outdated but I expected that from the photos. Faye was my contact and she was always kind, professional, helpful and quick to reply to my questions. I was disappointed about having a huge beautiful balcony with only one little chair however we solved that by going to Walmart and buying some $10 camping chairs. The location is convenient to things and not far from Disney as far as off-property places go. I would stay here again.
