It has 3 bedrooms on the top floor and the fourth bedroom is located downstairs on the main floor with its own private entrance.

Our villa is beautifully equipped with everything you desire to make your family & friends holiday special. Come and enjoy a slice of paradise with the beach a mere stroll away. With a king size bed in each bedroom, this gorgeous luxury villa accommodates up to 6 people. All beds come with top of the range mattress, quality hotel linens, pillows and blankets.

Besides having its own solar system for energy, this luxury villa also has an infinity pool with a stunning sea-view and an outdoor pool area with pool loungers and sun umbrella. All guests will have free high speed Wi-Fi Internet Connection, full access to its fully equipped kitchen and a private lock-up garage. With a flat screen SmartTV its living room also comes with a very comfortable sofa where guests can sit, relax and enjoy a stunning sunset.

There is a dining area with a dining table where you all will be able to enjoy a lovely meal together, share experiences and create memories. A washing area with a washing machine is also available to use without any extra cost.

Included Free of charges we also offer toiletries, housekeeping services (it varies according to the number of stayed nights, but in average 2x per week) and a one-way airport transfer. If needed we will also provide you with a baby cot, a high chair, a barbecue, and ironing equipments (iron and board), without a single penny extra.
