Heated pool! Chill on the covered patio couch with the TV, a Jumbo Jenga & connect4. Take a dip in the pool, grab a drink through the kitchen/outdoor bar patio window while you grill on the built-in Viking. Lay out on a chase lounge and relax as the sun goes down on a couch next to the custom gas fire feature. Inside enjoy two living rooms with arcade games and a fireplace, TVs galore, Ggl Voice Asst., BT sound system, and a mini coffee/breakfast bar for the AM.

The space
Split floor plan offers master BR maximum possible privacy. Two separate living room setups and TVs in every room offers guests all possible variations of hangout and leisure arrangements. Fireplace, arcade games, 7 TVs, adjustable frame master BR king bed, friends/family board games, professional poker table overlay with chips, privacy screens for the three sliding glass doors, 2-car garage, Googl voice asst, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, jumbo outdoor Jenga and jumbo outdoor Connect 4, Built-in Viking grill, custom outdoor hand-built gas fire feature with couch and chairs, heated/chilled pool ($50 per day with minimum 5 day notice. If guest opts for pool heating it must be for duration of stay). Do your thang!

What a wonderful stay! Games, heated pool, all home amenities. Cereal and milk for breakfast given our late arrival was appreciated. We enjoyed Phoenix, everything was an easy drive. Hiking, sporting events, grocery and food. Thanks for the hospitality. Merry Christmas

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time. Everything is as described on the listing, Jason is wonderful to work with and great with communication and information. We decided to heat the pool and we were so glad we did. The kids love coming here for the video games and space to spread out and I love having a hoe base while we visit family. We will be returning again!

What a beautiful home with an amazing Host! Sparkling clean, creative details throughout that make you feel grateful and right at home! Music playing as we walk in and look around! How inviting! Such a lovely place with a thoughtful touch! The backyard was great for games, s’mores and just hanging out! We really enjoyed the pool with our grandson! The basketball hoop in the pool was lots of fun! Great location. We walked the neighborhood and to breakfast at Luci’s. Dutch Bros is also right up the road! One of our faves! Jason! Thank you!!

Our most favorite VRBO stay so far!

Absolutely lovely home in a cute, clean and safe neighborhood near the canal trail. The home was so incredibly clean, well appointed and comfortable. The extra little touches we didn’t expect made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The back yard was a perfect place to retreat anytime of day and we all loved the pool. We will save this one for future stays in Phoenix! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a clean, cute, quiet getaway. King master bedroom, queen bedroom, queen bunk bedroom, living room, family room, lots of hang out spaces and sweet little extras to welcome you.

Niece’s Wedding

This was easily the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had! Communications from Jason were timely, friendly, and thorough. The home is simply beautiful, and the perfect setting for a small family gathering. Amazing attention to detail, with so many thoughtful ‘extras’ throughout! Fantastic home

We loved everything about this rental. Everything was as described in the listing and honestly so much more. My family enjoyed the pool, patio, and all the space we had to spread out and relax. There were games, tvs and extras to keep the kids busy and playing. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook and grill. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We loved the easy access to the canal for running and walking and the close by restaurant that we could walk to. We visit family in AZ often and this has been a top rental for us and we look forward to staying again.

Graduation Trip

This was undoubtedly the most well-equipped VRBO that we've experienced! The owner has thought of everything one might need to ensure a perfect stay. It's a beautiful home located in a very nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. We highly recommend this property, and plan to stay again next time we're in Phoenix!

We love this place!

We spent 3 nights of our Spring Break trip to AZ here and my family absolutely loved it. Our 6 and 9 year old sons spent hours playing basketball in the pool and there was more than enough space for our family. The attention to detail in the design of the outside and interior spaces was so impressive. We had the most lovely stay and Jason made us feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough!

Perfect relaxing getaway

Everything about this stay was perfect! The hosts were very responsive and thought about everything! Everything we needed was already stocked and they even provided some snacks and drinks! The outside area is peaceful, private and we were even able to watch March Madness while enjoying the pool!

Spring Training Stay

Can’t say enough great things about Jason and the home. One of the best places we have stayed at. Communication was top notch from start to finish. The ONLY place to stay in Phoenix

If you’re going to Phoenix this is the place you need to stay! They bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. This house was clean and beautiful and full of so many bonuses. Toothbrushes, snacks, water, alcohol…. I felt like I was at a spa! We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit Phoenix!

Great Property in a Convenient Location

This is a really nice home very conveniently located near the Arizona Biltmore area. The neighborhood and surrounding homes were also very nice. We stayed here for my son's graduation from GCU and hosted a small get together to celebrate. The home has a great layout and is ideal for hosting a family or a small celebration using the indoor & outdoor areas. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Jason was a great host and was very responsive during the entire trip. 5 Stars!!

What a Place!

By far the best VRBO experience my family and I have ever had! Jason was a fantastic host and the attention to small details made us feel like we really were home. The house is clean, beautiful and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything you need and the backyard area with the pool, bbq, and fit pit were great for afternoons and evenings. I almost hate writing this review because I'd love for others to not know about it for next time we come to town! Will definately stay again!

Amazing attention to detail in a beautiful desert oasis.

5 stars cannot do this property justice!!! From the moment you walk in, pride of ownership abounds from the high quality renovations, beautiful landscaping and the small details like the coffee bar, outdoor kitchen area, and fantastic beds and towels. We visited Phoenix for the first time as a family with busy plans of day trips… each day, we found ourselves wanting to ‘stay in’ enjoying the home and pool area more and more. We have to mention Jason, the host who really made us feel like family, who went above and beyond to ensure our family trip was amazing. Having used VRBO for the past 10 years, Jason is by far the most responsive and caring host we’ve ever encountered—we cant thank him enough for this next-level experience. We are really looking forward to our next stay at this property!!!
