Valley Vista Retreat - New 5BR Cabin

Retreat to your own outdoor sauna, hot tub, and fireplace after a day of exploring in the beautiful Black Hills! Valley Vista is a brand new 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath cabin scheduled for completion in November of 2022 in the popular Powder House Pass development. It’s the perfect place to stay, play, relax and rejuvenate.

Valley Vista also features a large covered patio, premium gas grill, garage access, open family room, and manicured paved roads. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking home meals. You’ll also have access to the Powder House Pass clubhouse with two swimming pools, a fire pit, and an additional community area with a kitchen, games, and tv.

The guests will have access to the whole home including the two stall garage.

Valley Vista is located in Powder House Pass, south of Lead and Deadwood. This is an ideal basecamp for hiking, skiing at Terry Peak Ski Resort, snowmobiling, riding ATV’s, exploring Spearfish Canyon, or visiting Sturgis, all while staying nearby to Deadwood’s many dining options and bustling downtown scene. We’re just a short drive back by taxi! Additionally, the Mickelson Trail and Trail #5 run right past us and you can easily hop on and explore.

**Pets are allowed at an additional expense of $50/night for only ONE pet unless otherwise approved. Please reach out for more information!**

Everything we needed!

This home has it all! There was more than enough space for our extended family of 15! We used the hot tub and sauna often during the cool nights. It was great to have access to the clubhouse with a pool for the youngest ones. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Wonderful Black Hills Location

This beautiful home had all the room we needed for our kids, spouses & grandkids. A perfect landing place after riding trails & exploring all day. The hot tub & sauna were a welcome treat, since the weather was unseasonably cool.

Wonderful rental

Stay here!!!! We stayed here for a week over Spring Break with two families. This place is absolutely breathtaking! The house was immaculate. There is plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The owners were in contact before and during our stay to make sure all our needs were met. The location is perfect to get to all Lead and Deadwood activities.

Another Powerhouse Pass Getaway

We had a family with 12 from 5 to 63 stay for President's weekend. The house was brand new and has all of the amenities. The property managers communicated with us and were very responsive to our questions! It was a great weekend of snowmobile riding and relaxation. We will be back!

family christmas gathering on new years week

this was a beautiful place. A great getaway for our family to spend time together during the holidays. This place accommodated everyone very comfortably. So glad we were all able to go enjoy this place. The scenery was beautiful there was a lot of snow for little kids to slide on there saucers around the cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and the outside fireplace. Loved the room we had in the kitchen to prepare food, plenty of room around the table for all to sit and enjoy the food and interact with family. Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space but yet being together when wanted to. Very enjoyable for everyone.

Cabin in the woods

We loved everything about Valley Vista. The house was a beautiful floor plan for our extended family. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and family gathering areas. The hot tub and sauna were a wonderful addition to the house after skiing all day. Our grandchildren also loved being able to swim outdoors in March at the outdoor heated pool at the Community Center. Shane responded immediately to any questions that I had from booking the home to questions we had upon arrival. Beautiful home in the woods. This is our favorite VRBO of all we have rented! We look forward to staying there again next year.
