The property was exactly what we needed. We had a large group (18) and had a variety of ages. The cabin accommodated everyone nicely, and even though we were a large group, we never felt crushed. The game room was great for the teenagers, and the adults were able to escape the chaos in the living room:) Great property and would definitely book again!

The resources at the cabins were bountiful. We were able to use the washer and dryer on-site to maintain a constant supply of wash cloths, bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels that we were never out of towels. In addition to the resources, the location of the property was amazing and private. The wildlife around the property was a constant source of entertainment. Plenty of space for 14 people to never feel like we were crowded.

Here’s a review you could post:We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect for our UTV trip. The house had plenty of room for our large group, so everyone was comfortable after long days of riding. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a fun week in the Black Hills. If you’re looking for a place that can accommodate a big group and offers easy trail access, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again! Brian was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home in Lead, South Dakota! The house was exactly as described and was a great central location for exploring the Black Hills. During our stay, we visited Deadwood, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and Spearfish Canyon, and the location made it easy to enjoy all of these destinations.At the same time, the house felt secluded and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed seeing wildlife around the property every day!There was plenty of room for our group of 14 people, as well as space for our 10 motorcycles, which was a huge plus for us. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to prepare several meals for our large group. The hot tub was also clean and well maintained and was a great way to relax after a full day of sightseeing and riding.The host was extremely responsive and answered our questions very quickly. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this home, especially for larger groups or anyone looking for a peaceful home base while exploring the Black Hills. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family trip!

The house was exactly as listed and the property manager was very communicative. The game room and hot tub were a big hit woth the famiky3 and it slocation was great, outisde if town to give peace and quiet but close enough to make ice cream runs. Great rental !

Perfect place in the Black Hills

The house was perfect and Excellent place to stay for Utving with gas station right down the road and access to trails both ways when leaving the property. Brian was awesome responds right away to questions you have and this place is highly recommend.

Ponderosa Hills was an awesome stay. This house is large (held our group of 10 with several empty beds), clean, and in a great location if you enjoy quick access to Lead/Deadwood but still being away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Brian is a wonderful host with a wonder rental. Would recommend to anyone. Will immediately consider this rental the next time I’m in the area!

Overall great time at the property, a bit of a travel for night time riding but also very secluded and quiet at night. We had 5 couples and 8 motorcycles and had plenty of room for everyone and everything. Great cabin/house that offered many different varieties for different activities and coming together as a group. Greatly enjoyed our stay!!!

Great stay

Property worked great for family gathering of 21 people. One of the best stocked vacation rental kitchens for making meals for large group. Closed door game room was great for all the night owls, so others could sleep.

Great stay!

A group of friends came to the Deadwood area to ride rangers. The house was great for our large group. It was convenient to get on trails right the from the house, too. I would highly recommend this stay and stay here again!
