The Zen Den Modern Retreat Sauna, Hot Tub & River Access
Beautifully updated private family style retreat ideally located steps away from the Sandy River and less than 30 minutes to ski resorts, mountain lakes, and hiking. Sleek modern decor, gorgeous wood accents, and thoughtful touches to enjoy with family and friends. Two living areas, a spacious, modern and well-equipped kitchen make cooking/relaxing at home a treat. Fido friendly! 1 dog limit. The backyard is equipped with a New sauna, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and outside dining area.
The perfect home base to enjoy all that mountain life has to offer. The Zen Den is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you will need to make memories with family
and friends. A fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, multiple smart TV's, a separate family room with wet bar, your own private dart board, ping pong and foosball tables. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a fire pit and a private hot tub to make this a special space you'll never want to leave.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are on the main floor. 1 bedroom with bunks and an additional bathroom downstairs.
Our home is pet friendly. Which means we will allow one dog per stay! No more then one dog allowed.
The beautiful Sandy River is just across the street with multiple access points available for guests.
Visitors will love having access to the neighborhood shared swimming pool (summer only), tennis court, basketball court, ping pong and foosball tables. When ready to explore the area, a wide variety of beautiful hiking trails are available. Grocery stores and restaurants can be found in the town of Welches up the mountain HWY 26 East. (See welcome book for Restaurant and Grocery suggestions). For winter weather activities, Ski bowl, Timberline Lodge, and MT. Hood Meadows are all with in 27 miles of the Zen Den (also see welcome book).
Parties and Noise Reminder:
Please note that this home is in a forested neighborhood setting. There are residents who live in the community full-time who can be highly sensitive to extra noise and traffic. We want you to relax and enjoy your vacation with your friends/family but please be aware of your volume levels and adhere to our # of guests and NO PARTIES policy.
Parking notes: Parking is available in the Zen Den driveway.
