There are also golf courses, hiking trials, the Airport, and the Cardinals Stadium all within 25 min . While this area is not Scottsdale, our neighborhood is safe and friendly.


The Space:
» Private backyard with large pool (heating optional for an additional fee of $80/day—min of 2 consecutive days)

» Fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating.

» Smart TVs in the living room, all bedrooms, and near grill and hot tub.

» Furnished with all the conveniences one would expect on vacation.

» The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies.

» Master bedroom features a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower, and a private exit to backyard.

» A Queen sized bed can be found in both bedrooms 2 and 3.

» A bunk bed with a Full sized bed on the bottom and a Twin sized bed on the top can be found in room 4.

» Washer and dryer are also available for guests to use.

» NOTE: Your safety matters. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door for security. It covers only the exterior entry.

» Pool Heating: During the summer the pool does not need additional heating, however during the winter months we recommend heating it. It is an additional $80/day to keep it comfortable enough for you to enjoy. The hot tub is always heated at no charge. If you would like to have the pool heated, please let us know in advance so we can make sure the pool is ready for your stay.
