Este condominio actualizado de una habitación y un baño se encuentra en la planta baja con vista al campo de golf Stone Creek y a una de las cinco piscinas climatizadas ubicadas en el complejo de condominios privado Anasazi. Disfrute de su taza de café por la mañana o una copa por la noche en su patio privado. El complejo también se encuentra junto al campo de golf Stonecreek e incluye una nueva instalación de entrenamiento enorme, dentro de la casa club principal.

Perfect for us

Excellent location, perfect size for 2, very quiet, great mattress, A/C controls easy, wonderful hot tub and heated pool at our back door, kitchen well stocked, major appliances updated, dining room table big enough for more than 4 people and a responsive host. Would come back in a heart beat.

Great Community and Area

We have stayed at this community for 4 years…it is a great location. There are several pool/spa areas well manicured. This unit was new for us and didn’t disappoint. Ground level, close to pool/spa and close parking. Manager was incredibly responsive. We booked again for next year winter.

Has some issues……

The setting and appearance of the condo is very good. The location is convenient, but it in a very busy area with a lot of traffic. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was pretty well equipped. The downside is the owner seemed slow/indifferent to respond throughout the whole process. When we first arrived we noticed the bathroom drains were not draining properly and asked for a plumber. By the second day, with the stomach flu and only the one toilet, I dragged myself down to Home Depot for a proper plunger and bottle of drain opener. (For which I never have been reimbursed)! After a couple of hours and much effort I was able to get the drain issue fixed. A plumber on a Sunday in my area would have cost $3-400, I’m sure it’s higher in Phoenix! The sliding patio doors were inoperable, again, I took the time to clean and lubricate the tracks/rail to where they were functioning properly. The windows were so dirty that we did spend some time and effort to clean the patio windows so we could enjoy the sunshine and views outside. The worst was on the second night, I walked into the darkened kitchen, turn on the light and see at least a dozen large roaches scattered throughout the kitchen. Also saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom area and were concerned we didn’t bring any home with us . We informed the owner, who showed up two days later with a few dollars worth of roach bait. We were thinking we would at least see a professional exterminator for a $300 an upscale vacation condo!! Although initially happy with the rental, we were disappointed after encountering issue after after and the owners indifference. We would not recommend this rental.

The perfect Place

Excellent Property. It was gated and Safe. The condo was clean and spacious—the perfect place to stay if you are not interested in a hotel. My hostess was most accommodating. The rooms were a perfect size, beds were satisfactory. The kitchen and dining area are what you see in the photos. The kitchen had all you need to stay in and prepare meals. There was a washer and dryer in the condo and the choice of pools was excellent. Overall, I would for sure stay here again. Close to all stores and restaurants which made it very easy without a car.

Needs help to become great !

The help-Primary tv only has ROKU, shower temp valve very difficult to operate, toilet below rim appears to have never been cleaned we tried but failed , bedroom sliding door to patio difficult to open almost impossible to close , big sink in couch not very comfy, big empty space in LR area that could hold a comfy chair or two and/or added sleep space with futon or pullout. Increased sleep occupancy means higher rate could be charged. The great -location near everything , dated kitchen but everything works , comfortable king sized bed, perfectly maintained grounds , pool just outside the door , golf course backyard , walk path, reserved parking , and quiet environment to enjoy coffe and wine on the patio.

Perfect Stay / Location

We loved this property. Check in was easy and accurate, the location of the condo on the property is amazing! Perfect view of the pool, hot tub, golf course and incredible AZ sunset behind the mountains. Great location in Paradise Valley, golf, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is fully furnished, everything you need to prepare your own meals. We will definitely stay at this property again. The rugs in the condo could use a good deep cleaning - other than that great stay.

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo in the same village

We did not stay in this property because of an upgrade but it was a similar type of unit in the complex and run by the same owner/property manager. The village is very attractive and in a unique location a few steps away from Stone Creek Golf Club. As golfers we were able to practice at our leisure. Another great feature is that the pools are heated. You can walk and bike along the path by the golf course so many dog owners enjoy the trail. The community is mostly 55 plus so it was perfect for us Canadian snowbirds. Crystal was very helpful and gracious. The only thing to mention is the television offers streaming only not cable.

We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we would have extended. The condo was absolutely perfect for us-it had everything we needed, it was super clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Great stores and restaraunts nearby made getting around really easy. The pool right outside our patio was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Convenient Paradise

Loved staying at this property. It's a wonderful little oasis in a great location. The view from the property is perfect overlooking the golf course and pool. My favorite aspects were closeness to stores, restaurants, walking trails and evening dips in the hot tub. This place would be ideal for a girls weekend getaway for family vacation. Highly recommend!

Relocated to a different property

Four days prior to our arrival we were told there was a plumbing issue with our unit and we were moved to a different location. The location was nice and convenient but the condo was not as advertised. The carpet was badly stained and the unit seemed very old and outdated. We had some issues during our stay but Crystal was very responsive and did take care of them quickly.

Spring Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Paradise Valley. The unit was a little dark, but the sun shone on the little patio all day. Proximity to the pool and hot tub was great. The nearby walking trail was very nice for long strolls. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed, but there were so many restaurants in the area that we only used it for breakfast and lunch. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful

The location was great. I am already familiar with the Paradise Valley area and wanted to rent there. The condo was on the first floor, at one end of the building. The small heated pool with hot tub was within view from my patio. Because it was tucked away between two buildings, it was a little more private. The golf course was within view in a short distance from this condo. There were lots of walking paths among and around all the buildings.

I did not get to stay in the original property I signed up for due to water damage caused by an above unit. Therefore, the accuracy question is really not applicable. However, they moved me to another property on-site that was very nice. I had desired a ground floor unit and the alternate was on the third floor but, it really didn't impact my stay. I have been going to this area since 1993 and this is an excellent location. Plenty of food/drinks/shopping all within walking distance and very short drives to all that Scottsdale has to offer.

Quiet, nice walking paths, great views overlooking golf course and bed and pillows could not have been better. Great location and easy access for restaurants and shopping. A little disappointed that the pool and hot tub by your condo were not heated. Only 1 out of 5 pools was heated. Other than that everything was great. We would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anasazi. The grounds are beautiful, and the condo is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Great location! It is very close to various shopping destinations, LA Fitness, Whole Foods, and walking and biking trails. The management is very responsive via phone to questions/issues.

Overall experience was good. The condo was clean and comfortable.

We arrived late in the evening and found the access code for the gate did not work. Waited and followed another vehicle in. Directions to the condo worked. It would have been helpful to have the map of the complex (15 buildings). Also the parking slot numbers are not in any order so finding our space was a challenge. The condo was very comfortable. Clean and adequately furnished. The king bed was pleasant. Shower head was adjustable and had plenty of pressure. The on/off controls need some work to make sure the water is shut off. Nice to have the pool and hot tub close for access. Great place to walk along the golf course. Tried to contact the owner about the access to gate and WiFi log in but took awhile to respond. It was our first stay in the Phoenix area and would probably chose a spot farther out of the area on our next stay.
