This beautiful home with lots of windows offers three primary suites with lake views, four-and-a-half baths, and 320' of waterfront to enjoy all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer.

The main level has a family room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, laundry area, and primary suite with a jetted tub. It walks out to a deck with outdoor furniture and great views of the lake. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating.

The upper level has two primary suites and extra sleeping space in the loft area.

The lower level has a custom wet bar, plus a large family room with a TV, a pool table, board games, and a sofa bed. It walks out to a patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill.

A stairway leads to the oversize stationary and floating dock, with a sitting area that provides plenty of room for sunbathing and enjoying the water.

This home is conveniently located and is only a few minutes' boat ride to the Bridgewater area. There is plenty of parking for cars and a boat trailer, and there is a large front yard.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
