Clean, modern, comfortable. They had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was communicative and very helpful. Area was perfect we could walk everywhere, felt safe. Will reserve again next time in Ballard.

Cozy and clean - great location!

We enjoyed the property and the location as it was so near lots of great shopping and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and the check in/out process was smooth.

UW Visit

Our Stay

What a great spot for our getaway. The property has enough rooms for all of us to stay and enjoy our time together and privacy when needed. Everything was in prestine order, and had everything that we would need and more. Location was super convenient to downtown, onsite parking was a huge plus. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. Would book again for sure!!!

Wedding in Seattle

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and Ballard even though we spent much of the time running between wedding events. The location was ideal. The house was impeccably clean and the host quickly responded to all our questions. We were able to get up to the roof top deck our last evening in town and found it delightful with a great city view.

My daughter moved to Seattle in November of last year. We came out to visit her and see the city. We had a great time and loved our accomodations. Aside from being walking distance to my daughters apartment the property is within an easy walk of shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The owners communicated well and honestly the entire experience was easy and pleasant. We had a great time and will look to stay here in the future when we come out to visit.

Fun in Seattle

This place was great! Exceptionally clean, very well stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, etc, walkable to multiple restaurants, and close to many things we wanted to do in Seattle without the headache of downtown Seattle traffic. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. We loved this place and would stay here again. One thing to note is that the property lists a grill as being present and there is not one. For us not an issue as we literally ate our way through Seattle, but wanted to make others aware. Aside from that, literally a perfect stay! Highly recommend - would be good for families or groups of adults. Please note that there are 4 floors (if including roof access) so be prepared for stairs - that said, having stayed in European places with stairs I will say these are much less steep and much wider than some Euro stays so manageable for everyone except perhaps very elderly or those with young children. Loved - worth it for a great stay in Seattle! Portable A/C units work great - you can’t use all 3 top floor A/C units without tripping the circuit breaker - but we just used the hallway one and it was sufficient to cool the floor and the weather was 80 when we were there so won’t be an issue the majority of the year in Seattle anyway.
