Beautifully decorated first floor, one bedroom, one bath condo, will make you feel so welcome and relaxed you may never want to leave. The living area has 2 recliner chairs, a sofa sleeper, end tables, lamps, TV, cable, and WIFI.
The dining area has a tall style table with seating for four, with two additional bar stools at the bar by the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals, as well as all stainless-steel appliances, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.
In the hallway behind the bifold doors is a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, end tables, lamps, a chest, a closet, a TV with cable, and Wi-Fi. The ensuite full bath has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and granite counter with a sink. There is also a patio just through the sliding glass doors with chairs and a small table to sit outside and enjoy the mornings or welcome the evening air.
This condo also comes with a golf cart for your entire stay, an added bonus to get around Port A in style.
Conveniently located close to restaurants, fishing guides, Roberts Point Park, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach…

This condo was perfect for our spring break trip. We were in close proximity to the marina for our fishing trip. The beds were comfortable and good amount of space. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The full size washer and dryer was a great addition — we’re coming home with clean cloths. It was a new (and fun) experience utilizing the golf cart around the town.

The location of this place is great. It's very close to the marina/ferry. It's just a short golf cart ride down to the beach. The area was very clean. The home itself was very clean. My only complaint was that there was an unfortunately icky amount of debris in the couch cushions. Otherwise, this place was perfect for us. Pricing was affordable and having the golf cart included in that price was nice. I do not recommend the Neso tent for the beach. It was what we chose with our credit and we couldn't use it. When there is excess wind, they don't hold up.
