Esta unidad cuenta con un comedor abierto y sala de estar. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para cocinar su pesca del día. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen size y el segundo dormitorio tiene una reina, y un conjunto de literas gemelas, ambas habitaciones tienen su propio baño. Condo was the perfect size and had all we needed. Overall the facility had everything you could ask for. Pool, playground, BBQ, game room, and quick access to the beach.

Port A weekend

Condo was cozy an comfortable. Loved the location an the pool was great. There was a lingering smell in the rooms maybe the carpet or cause it’s an older building but overall my stay was very very comfortable I’m very pleased with my space!

Vista del Mar is beautifully decorated, very beachy! However, the couch is small and not comfortable. The couch, recliners and area rug were dingy and could us a cleaning. Overall, very satisfied with the unit and entire property. Location to the beach is superb! We enjoy Fire It Up ceramics & MacDaddy's most! The new Sip Yard was fun too! We'll be back next years for sure!

Great location!

It was so close to the beach! A short walk. We loved the pool and game room. It was great after exhausting ourselves on the beach to return to a calm pool. Anyone who was done swimming just played games. We ordered pizza one night and had it by the pool. Great family time!

Nice place

We had an issue with the door handle but the property manager had someone out to fix it promptly which was great. I felt the ad made the ocean view more accessible than it actually was and the balcony was overcrowded with chairs but I would definitely stay here again.

spring break getaway

Reviewer Comments: the space was big enough for my 3 children, my husband and myself however the bed in the single room was extremely uncomfortable ... it actually hurt both me and my husbands backs. The light in the bathroom connected to the room with the bunkbeds was entirely too loud for children. There was a broken part of the carpet between the bedroom and bathroom that hurt my kids foot. A small drying unit would be nice to be able to have dry towels and clothes for the following day at the beach.

Older property but great remodel

Family of 5 staying a long weekend for a beach getaway. Very comfortable and nice upgrades in the condo. Pool is great and game room is a plus. Our 4th time in this place and will return. Wish we didn’t have to get a key and that door has code instead. Only complaint.

Loved the kitchen table - we played cards one evening! There were 32 stairs to climb which doesn't seem like a bunch until you've done it 50x. Rent a cart to ride around town in - so much fun!!! Overall loved this place!

The walk to the beach is a quick 3-5 minutes and it's on a boardwalk so you're not trudging through hot sand with all your stuff. They have an outdoor shower to hose off the sand before you go into your condo. The pool has an amazing pool house area with ping pong table and a kitchenette and lounge area, etc. Overall great stay and we will come back!

Three night beach vacation

We chose this property for our quick 3 night beach vacation. You can tell the condo complex is a bit older. However, this unit is nicely remodeled and had all the basic amenities. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the community game room. The view of the gulf from the primary bedroom was great. Also the boardwalk out to the beach was nice, although we really only used it for quick shorter walks on the beach during the mornings or evening when it was cooler. We drove out to the beach for our longer stays in order to haul all our beach stuff (shade umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, etc). We might have been able to load it all up in our collapsing wagon and walk, but I think it would have been a difficult haul back after a long day of fun (and heat) at the beach.

Beachhead 505, the BEST place to hang out with family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time to stay at the Beachhead resort, and every time just gets better. There is a full kitchen, if you want to save money by cooking "at home" some meals (we have, but didn't this trip). There is a playground on sand, great for little kids when you're not up to a full beach set-up. There is a pool, and it was warm enough in November that we could have swum. The property is a half mile to two miles from pretty much everything, and we spent the whole week darting to and fro in a beach buggy. Great views and really quiet when you're ready for down time, too.

I prefer this particular condo BH 505 because you can see the ocean from your deck and the pool. They also extended the boardwalk and it takes you all the way to the ocean. I only wish it was more accommodating for larger families. The condo would be able to sleep more than 6, yet the maximum occupancy is 6. (We have six children.) The workers work hard to make sure the property is well maintained and clean.

Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, and the condo was in very good condition - not immaculate, but clean. Enjoyed our trip immensely. The view from our deck was slightly obstructed, but we could see the Gulf from our location while sitting on the right side of the deck. I loved the covered parking; really cut down on the additional salt spray on the windows overnight when the winds would pick up. It would really be helpful to put an icemaker or at least ice trays in the freezer. Additional towels would be helpful as well - two towels per person for the whole week is really chintzy. Other than a few minor issues like those mentioned, the experience was very positive. We will most likely be back!

Great little getaway spot steps from the beach!

This is a great place to stay with your family! It is about a five minute walk to the beach on a private boardwalk. The boardwalk is narrow but we were able to easily navigate a double jogging stroller and beach wagon. Pros: - super clean property. - private boardwalks to the beach. - nice pool. - bunk beds were great for our kids. We have twin toddlers and brought a bed railing for the bottom bunk to help trap them in at night. - kitchen had all the utensils, pots, and pans needed for cooking. -they provided makeup remover wipes, and extra toiletries which was nice! Cons: - this unit is on the third floor and there is not an elevator. It was tough taking everything (including our toddlers) up and down those steps. - we chose this property because it had a great little playground pictured as well. That picture is outdated because the playground no longer has a slide and looks like it’s falling apart. -our parking area was flooded a bit from the rain. - we couldn’t find a regular kitchen broom anywhere. Tips- - bring your own trash bags. The ones provided rip very easily. -bring your own iron if you need one.

The property management has been working to improve the site. Love the heated pool and new kitchen ware.
