THE SPACE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

RF 312-313 is a spacious two-unit combination on the 3rd floor of Rimfire Lodge, right in the heart of Snowshoe Village. Rented exclusively together, these two side-by-side units offer two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private balcony with stunning mountain and sunset views. Whether you're a family with kids who need bunk rooms, or a group seeking two separate sleeping quarters with shared common areas, this configuration offers the space and flexibility to make everyone comfortable.

The kitchen in Unit 313 is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware you need. Unit 312 adds a convenient kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker — perfect for overflow meal prep. Enjoy meals at the dining table (seats 4) or at the kitchen island with additional bar seating.

The living area features a warm gas fireplace — ideal for après-ski evenings — along with 3 Smart TVs and mountain views. Step out onto the private balcony for breathtaking sunset panoramas over the West Virginia mountains.

Note: Due to strong mountain winds, the gas fireplace may occasionally fail to operate.

Great place to stay with the kids. Perfectly located in the village, clean upon arrival, nicely renovated and comfortable beds.

Fantastic Vacation Home – Perfect Year-Round!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The location is unbeatable – ideal for both summer and winter getaways. It easily accommodated our whole family, and the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved being right in the village and so close to all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location.

Bunk bed room w efficiency was awesome for thr 5 - 18 yr old teens. parents get own space too! Gorgeous view to watch sunrise and sunset. Great hot tubs and sauna. Maintenance team very responsive. Will stay again.

Wonderful place for a friend's weekend gathering

It's hard to find a place to fit 10 adults at a reasonable price, but this condo fit the bill perfectly. The bunk bed room was like a giant sleepover. :). The kitchen was fully outfitted and the location was in the Village, so it was easy to take advantage of all Snowshoe has to offer!

Rim Fire Rental

Rental was clean, beds were comfy, and location was great. The fireplace worked poorly and inconsistently, a loud noise from the master bedroom vent made sleeping in that room impossible, kitchen needs a remodel, and the place is severely lacking in simple wall hooks for towels and ski gear. We loved the community spa and the Keurig and kitchen was well stocked. Overall though, would stay here again.

Bunk Beds galore

I love the location of this property right across from the lifts. It is perfect for my family of 5 as finally EVERYONE gets a bed. The bunk beds were a great use of space and provided each child with their own area. I liked having a kitchen, den, and dining area opposite of where the kids were sleeping. It was a great setup for families.

There were a few little things that needed fixed in the room but I let them know and they responded immediately! My family and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and the slopes. Bathrooms were spacious, one recently remodeled, and the unit was well stocked with towels and basic paper products. The property administrator promptly responded to emails/texts.However, despite being advertised to sleep up to 10, the unit is not equipped to comfortably accommodate a larger group. Given the cost of over 8,000 for four nights (New Year’s pricing notwithstanding), several deficiencies significantly affected our stay:• Living room seating accommodated only 4–6 people; a bench was broken and unusable• Dining seating was limited (table seats 3, bar seats 4) and awkward to use• Kitchen was extremely small, with no food storage, only two small pans, and insufficient silverware• Limited bedroom storage; the room sleeping eight has no closet• Second-bedroom kitchenette was unusable and lacked cookware• Ski-in/ski-out required carrying skis from lockers; no washer/dryer for drying gearWe also encountered multiple maintenance issues, including broken furniture, a fireplace that repeatedly went out, a falling curtain rod, and a stuck sink stopper (partially addressed by maintenance).
