Welcome to Suite Magnolia Urban Oasis! A modern, super comfortable, 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Bellingham. This fabulous space has just been decorated for the comfort and ease of our corporate and vacation travelers. Experience the best of Bellingham within walking distance! Aslan Brewery, Mt Baker Theatre, Bellingham's fun & lively downtown core, even WWU is within a lovely tree-lined sidewalk stroll. This unit is a triplex with an apartment above and office below. Dedicated parking directly on site.
This unit features a living room with gas fireplace, 42" TV, and comfortable decor. The dining area seats 4 and has a dedicated work space set up with high-speed wifi for staying on top of work demands. The primary bedroom is roomy and features a queen-size bed and sitting area. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The large bathroom features a brand new roomy shower. The kitchen has everything you need.... stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and even a combo washer/dryer! Everything you need to stay for a weekend or several weeks!
In nice weather, you will want to enjoy the private grassy yard and lawn furniture. This truly is an urban oasis!! There is a locked shed for bike storage, and even an area to hose down your muddy mountain bike after a day riding Galbraith trails! Suite Magnolia Urban Oasis truly has it all!! We are looking forward to seeing you soon!

Super convenient to downtown and only about a 15 min - 20 min walk to campus! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! Great brewery just a block an away, easy walk to the food co-op, and downtown is just a 10 minute walk at the most. Clean house with nice decor!

We enjoyed our stay at Suite Magnolia. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated and well stocked to cook if you wanted to stay in. It was centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to parks in the area. Wish we had had more time to explore the area.

Suite Magnolia is the perfect location for a walking Bellingham experience. Easy access to everything!Our son lives in the York neighborhood and we wanted to be nearby to help with his wedding. Could not have been better. The unit is spacious and well equipped.

Guys Golf Weekend

Came to Bellingham with a friend for a three day golf weekend. The property was very clean and comfortable. Decent amenities. Location near downtown - walkable to coffee/beer/dining - was fantastic. Only minor complaint would be size and usability of the kitchen.

Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location

We loved our stay at Suite Magnolia. My daughter is a senior at Western Washington University (WWU), and the location was great. We went to the Farmer's Market on Saturday, the Co-op for healthy food, and Bellingham's restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed to create a weekend retreat. We look forward to staying there again.Thank you!

Ideal location!

Suite was very clean and comfortable. This location is PERFECT for parents and families who are in town to visit a WWU student. It was easy for our son to walk to the suite from his dorm. Also, the location was ideal for accessing downtown Bellingham shops and restaurants. We barely used our car! The fact that it’s also dog-friendly made it perfect. We’ll be back!

Well appointed and Well located

This was an excellent base from which to explore Bellingham. I was thinking of moving to town and I was able to walk to all the downtown locations, and get easy access to other Bellingham neighborhoods. The apartment is really well organized with lots of nice detail. Would highly recommend.

Charming spot close to everything

This is a nice place that is walkable to lots of bars, restaurants, grocery, etc. Overall very comfortable. The place has everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Cute apartment in really nice location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this nice apartment near downtown Bellingham for a long weekend. The apartment was very cute and well decorated and comfortable bed and accommodations. We also loved how we could walk to a lot of nearby restaurants and activities; it is a really nice location. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Home & Location

Great home in a great location- walking distance to numerous restaurants, grocery store, brew pubs and Saturday Market. Barbara was communicative, all directions were clear, house was clean, beds were comfortable, everything you hope your vacation rental experience will be- we would definitely rent from Barbara again. Excellent place to stay!

This unit had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, and within minutes to WWU, Fairhaven, and more. The apartment was comfortable for our family of 4+ (my husband, two kiddos, and a doggo). The property manager was helpful and responsive. I would definitely book this space again!

Amazing Location

This was the perfect stay to be able to walk to anything our hearts desired. Plus, it was spacious, clean, comfy, and the perfect spot for chilling out after spending time in the city. Would come back again!

Comfy stay

We stayed here during a bit of a heat wave and found the property to be very clean and comfortable. I was pleased to find a portable air conditioner in one of the rooms and overhead fans in the bedrooms, which helped the keep the property at a comfortable temperature. I found the property to be larger than expected, clean, and in a great location. My only complaint was the main bed wasn’t super comfortable, but my husband didn’t have an issue with it, so maybe it’s me. Definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

Stay in the York neighborhood

The apartment is just as described—clean, bright, with plenty of space for 4 adults. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the neighborhood is within walking distance to the downtown. Barbara Browne is a wonderful host. She is easy to communicate with and very responsive to all questions and requests. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Spacious and cozy, great location

It’s hard to beat this location, it’s very walkable and close to many amenities. The space was much larger than expected, had almost everything we needed and suited our needs. The space was very clean, thought out and overall better than expected! I would however caution against bringing dogs, it felt as though we were under a microscope which impacted our overall feeling about the stay. Check in advance with the host about the pet policy so you’re up to speed if you hope to.
