What's to come, A gorgeous remodel in modern elegance that's perfect for the Gulf View. New quartz countertops, new kitchen backsplash, and can lighting throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked for total convenience. The living area consists of a new sofa/sleeper, and a large mounted wall TV with patio doors that lead to the most spectacular view of Emerald Green water you will ever see.
The Master bedroom is totally remodeled with new carpet and a half bath with a new designer vanity and mirror and lighting. Followed by the full bath totally redesigned with a gorgeous standup shower, new recessed lighting, and new vanity, and mirrors. Bunkbeds are located in the hall for convenience for the young ones.
The unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience.
Crystal Sands 104A is located in the popular Crystal Beach area and is close to Destin Common and Bass Pro Shop, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Harbor Walk Village, and many other restaurants within minutes away.
This condo is few and far between because it offers you clean, relaxation, and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever witness while sipping on a glass of wine or just enjoying a tall glass of iced tea.

We love Crystal Sands. The beach is beautiful and we love the included beach chair setup every day 9-5, but they start setting up the chairs and umbrellas about 7:30 AM. You just put your beach towels on the chairs to reserve and you can come back later in the day. The beach view is beautiful! Our ground floor condo was very convenient to the beach. There was some heavy walking noise overhead the last few days. Either get ice from the grocery store or fill the ice cube trays as soon as you walk in. There is no ice maker in the refrigerator. Bring an extra hand towel and dish drying towel for the kitchen since only one was supplied.

Nice, clean and love being right on the beach! Host was helpful when I called with a question, and the unit was well maintained. The only thing that i was a bit disappointed in was that the refrigerator didn’t have an automatic ice maker…I have stayed at several condos and this was the first one that didn’t have one. Just wish I had known so we could have gotten ice on our way in with our grocery run…but we made it work. :)But other than that, it was a really nice place to stay and the location is great…right in the middle of the gorgeous Crystal Beach area.

Our stay was amazing. The view was Gorgeous as usual. The Condo was so clean and the Decor was so cute. We had no issues so we didn't even have to contact our host. Free Beach chairs are always a plus. You must stay here!!!

Could not have been easier to book and communicate with the owner. We had not one single issue. The condo was one of the cleanest I have rented. The information folder on table by TV was most detailed and helpful! The condo was so well stocked including a crock pot, which I had brought my own and could have left home. It has a keurig on the counter and a regular pot under sink. It had everything we needed and more. Everything was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay!

Summer 2025 kick off

Stay was good and condo was excellent. Bed was slightly hard and upstairs folks were loud and heavy footed (aka thunder paws).We have stayed at several condos in complex and this one was one of the most comfortable. Might only suggest a better mattress in bedroom.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!

This was our first time to visit Destin Florida. We came for our tenth year anniversary. The condo was very, very nice! It was clean, well furnished and practical for vacationers. We loved staying on the beach! The blue, green water and white sands were picture perfect. The beach chair service was a great plus. We enjoyed walking to the Destin Commons and restaurants nearby. We would recommend staying here!

Great place to stay!

We’ve stayed in this complex several times. The location and peaceful beach area is perfect! First time in this condo and it was just as nice as the others. It’s very organized and well stocked. Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

I was SO nervous to book our stay in Destin as we had never been. I went back and forth between 2 listings and finally decided to book at Crystal Sands because it was on the 1st floor and right on the beach. It was absolutely perfect for my family of 5! There was an initial musty smell when we arrived, but went away. The pool is a little small, but we were there for the beach. And our upstairs neighbors must have had little kids because they were constantly running around making noise. But despite those issues we loved every minute of it and did not want to leave. We're already talking about booking here again!

Beautiful Property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 teens). The location to the beach was beyond perfect. And, it was so clean!!! We would definitely recommend and will stay again on our next trip to Destin.

Great stay

The condo was super clean and adorable. The steps to the beach made it much more enjoyable. Just need to bring your own beach towels and food condiments. We did walmart delivery which worked out perfectly. Short drives to restaurants and the shopping plaza. We walked go Crab Trap one evening for dinner. Complimentary beach chairs were great. I would stay here again!
