Welcome to our clean, cozy new home in Magna UT. Our perfect located home offer great perks such as 18 minute drive to SLC Airport, 20 minute drive to SLC Downtown and 25 minute drive to different hikes in Herriman UT. There is a few food places close to the house and Walmart Neighborhood Market only 5 minutes away. This house is very spacious and includes Fiber Internet and 2 Tvs with Netflix. This house has also 2 full Bathrooms and one laundry room and full access to a 2 car garage. NO PETS OR SMOKING.

The home was clean and comfortable. The fireplace made for a cozy hangout in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with enough to get through the weekend. We cooked a dinner and two breakfasts with ease. The communication from the host was clear and prompt. I appreciate that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the showers.

Perfect location for the concert venue (the great saltair) general travel! Drove 4ish hours to Moab and was worth it because we had a nice place to come back to same day. SO clean and good size for 3 adults who need space at the end of the day. Not somewhere you’d want to gather and hang out for any holiday but literally perfect for settling into when needed. Really worth the price and really updated and nice!!!

We really liked how clean everything was and the ease of checking in and out. The house is a newer home which is very nice. Some of the things that was not so great was there was zero paper towels, the toilet paper had to be the thinest paper available, there was no bbq grill eventhough the amenities said there was, the back yard was full of weeds zero yard to play games or enjoy eachothers company. Master shower all the shampoo, body wash and conditioner was on the ground because there isnt any shelving in the shower, there wasn't any ketchen towels, extra bath towls and hand towls, or even any extra wash cloths available. In the master bedroom the tv doesnt have any services hooked up so the tv is pointless to use. The beds were comfortable enough and the things the house did have in it were nice. Theres nothings in this house that id say goes above and beyond just a decent place to lay your head at night. The host was very nice the little bit of communication we did have.

Comfortable House

We had a nice stay, the house was brand new and very comfortable. It was convenient for us to explore the Salt Flats, Great Lake, and Salt Lake City.

Family visit

The home is beautiful and spacious. Check in and check out were very easy. The location is about 15 minutes from dowtown Salt Lake City.Renters should just be aware that the development is expanding so there is construction occurring during the week- it did not start very early and never disturbed us.

A Simple Home to Enjoy

New House with Everything Included

The new house had everything needed for our stay. Very clean and well furnished with plenty of room for our family of 5. We would stay here again since it is so close to my son's family. One bit of warning...do NOT put anything in the bottom right section of the frig/freezer. Either it is not part of the freezer (which a normal person would presume), or it does not freeze. The ice cream we put in there melted. The left side does freeze though. This last critique is probably due to me being old and old-fashioned. I asked for the check-in instructions 2 days prior our start date, and was told they would be sent the morning of the check-in. I prefer having everything planned ahead of time, and like to have printed copies of instructions. Instead, after traveling cross-country that day, I was sitting in the driveway trying to find the access code on the VRBO app. It would have been much better to have the info ahead of time. We also did not receive check-out instructions until late of afternoon prior to our departure date. When we finally gained entry, there were no washcloths and we did not have the wi-fi info. Had to wait for the wi-fi instructions via the phone app again. The washcloths were delivered promptly. Again, these gripes are probably just an old man being picky, but all ages use VRBO!

Just an “okay” stay

To start off, the house is absolutely gorgeous! The second I walked in it smelt so clean, and everything looked clean. The kitchen had all the appliances that you could possibly need if you’re planning to cook. The bedrooms were vacuumed and beds freshly made. From the looks of it, everything was great. The things that made our stay not the best was the beds were super uncomfortable. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows and we ended up sleeping on the couch because the beds were too hard for our backs. Additionally, we weren’t able to get the TVs to work. After driving 12 hours we wanted to wind down and watch movies but the TV in the bedroom does not work at all, and the TV in the living room needed a code to access any of the apps. I tried to reach out to, the host and did not hear back. Lastly, the garage door opener worked to close the garage only. So anytime we wanted to pull our car into the garage. We had to go through the front door and then pull the car in. There was no Wi-Fi password or any instructions in the house for the checkout process. The service was not the best so be prepared to disc for a little bit.
