Welcome to Hampton House! We hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure the comfort and security of our guests and the preservation of our property, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

No Smoking: For the health and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other inhaled vapor devices.
No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. This rule is in place to ensure we respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times to not disturb neighboring residents.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 4 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for our next guests.
Pets: Pets are welcome at Hampton House. However, pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Owners must clean up any pet waste in the yard immediately to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number stated in your booking confirmation. Exceeding this number is not permitted and may result in extra charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
Damage and Breakages: Please treat the home with respect and care. Inform us immediately of any damages or breakages that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements needed due to their actions.
Parking: Parking is available on-site. Please use only the designated parking area and respect any parking guidelines. Vehicles should be parked in a way that does not block neighborhood driveways or access. Parking on the lawn is prohibited.
Safety and Security: Ensure that the property is locked when you are not present. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your booking party.
Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of garbage regularly in the provided bins and follow local guidelines for separation of recyclables and waste.
Amenities Usage: Use all provided amenities, including appliances, furniture, and electronic equipment, appropriately and only for their intended purposes.
Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of such activity will result in immediate termination of your stay and possible legal action.
Environmental Considerations: Please conserve energy by turning off lights, electronics, and water when not in use or when leaving the house.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay. Ensure your belongings are secured at all times.
