This guest house features a full bathroom, full laundry, and full kitchen for all your home away from home needs. There`s a king bed upstairs along with a twin cot, and one pack and play for an infant.

The guest house is 1/2 a mile from Applecrest Orchards, New Hampshire`s oldest and largest apple orchard, which also has an onsite market for all your grocery needs.

You`ll be located:

As empty nesters we loved this beautifully preserved cottage. It was comfortable with the modern updates for us to enjoy our stay there. Julie and Jason were great hosts with us and understood our priority of our most beloved senior dog (Ranger). Plenty of space for him the enjoy the out door while the weather was nice. Absolutely loved the fall in N.H., we’re so happy we took this trip and had a wonder place to stay.

We loved our stay, it was like “coming home” but to a “new and improved homecoming.” Upgraded utilities, lovely new upstairs, added TV’s, and the outside was meticulously maintained. We are so happy to have found it, back on the VRBO circuit!

what a lovely spot!

A very lovely little house in a beautiful part of New Hampshire. I stayed for two nights with my 7 year old son while visiting for a high school reunion. It was very cosy on a rainy weekend! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

Quick getaway

The property was adorable and very clean. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend staying here! Was a close drive to the beach and Portsmouth.

Beautiful property and well maintained home

Jason and Julie were so accommodating. I was delayed in my travels and they made it so easy for me to check in. The property is incredibly beautiful with amazing views. We even saw deer while drinking coffee in the morning. This was my first time using VRBO and if every host and home are like these…..I will book another in the future.

Amazing space

My wife and I stayed here over our wedding weekend, checking in engaged and leaving a married couple. We could not have hoped for a better and stress free experience during an otherwise busy time. Check-in was a breeze, the owners were very nice and communicative, and the space itself was really cute and exactly what we were looking for. Being a short walk to an orchard with amazing cider donuts was also a big plus!

Very Comfortable Stay

We had a nice time here. The neighborhood is very safe, and Applecrest Orchard is just down the road. Jason and Julie are very nice and easy to reach. Everything you need is in the lovely house. You'll not find a larger and nicer back yard on VRBO.

Our stay was incredibly relaxing and we felt right at home. The host had all the amenities and we felt safe, especially knowing the owners were in the adjacent house. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice Cottage, Location, and Hosts

We had a great one-week stay. The house is very well-furnished and maintained. Nice kitchen and laundry appliances. Only one bedroom and one bath, but a comfortable layout and plenty of room for a couple or small family plus dog-friendly with nice landscaping and a huge back yard. Very close to Applecrest Farm which is fun to visit. The house is on a somewhat busy road, but we had no issues with noise inside the house. The area is beautiful and within a short drive to beaches, Portsmouth, and the New Hampshire seacoast. Hosts live next door and were great with communication and not at all intrusive. We would stay again!

The polyester sheets were not a good choice for warm muggy nights. Four of the window cranks were broken ai they were impossible or difficult to open and two windows were missing screens. Owner sent an email saying the back door would be open, which it was, but there is no outdoor lighting, so finding your way in with a late night arrival was a challenge. The worst thing is the dangerous conditions in the bathroom. The step down is deeper than anyone would anticipate and the tile floor is really slick. When I informed the owner about a bad fall and recommended making sure things were safer for future renters by supplying a nonskid rug on the tile floor she was very cavalier and took no responsibility. I left one night earlier than I paid for and was glad to head to another hotel. I would not recommend this place.

Beautiful setting!

Our home away from home complete with all the necessities. New appliances including a large washer and dryer. Very comfortable king size bed. Everything was clean and well kept. Great location and the yard became a winter wonderland when it snowed. Highly recommend this cottage!
