Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. PLUS, large private view deck looking out towards ocean. Beach chairs, pool towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer.
Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Relaxing, comfortable stay at Maui Sunset

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A week getaway from rainy cold Seattle Wa. The weather was perfection Feb 3 to 10. Prior weeks storms had washed out a lot of the beaches but we still found great ocean and beach times at Kamaole parks and at the resort. Pool exercise in the mornings. Ocean center aquarium amazing. Great food at the restaurant. Wailea shopping great, Tommy Bahamas fabulous lunch. Threes for dinner / happy hour. We really enjoyed our unit A411 at Maui Sunset. The resort had everything from grills for cooking your own dinner, shuffle board. Putting green. Tennis and pickle ball. Our unit had Beach chairs toys and kitchen well equipped. We had ocean view and lovely balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Beach just steps away. Loved every minute of our stay. Kudos to the pool and lawn maintenance guys. They kept the place immaculate. Check in woman not welcoming and a bit rude. But that did not take away from enjoying our time. I’ll just lower my expectations about that next time. Maintenance for unit very responsive and appreciated. Mahalo Maui.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to Maui and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were amazing. Swimming pool, hot tub and wifi throughout. The grounds were immaculate and maintained daily including the barbecues which were cleaned like new daily. The views by the beach upon sunset were second to none. Ample parking and driving distance to everything, a third trip for us will be here again in the future.

The grounds are laid out such that parking is "outside" and pool, lawn, barbecues... where "inside", making for a peaceful setting. Condo was clean and well equipped.
