Sugar Beach Resort-Luxury Oceanview!

--Sugar Beach Resort # 407 ha sido llevado a los postes (si hubiera tal cosa en un complejo de concreto pero me entiendes). Este es un condominio completamente nuevo disponible para alquilar a partir del 9 de enero de 2016.
Esta es la verdadera experiencia de "Sand in toes": no hay que cruzar la calle para llegar al océano. Sugar Beach Resort es un complejo FRENTE AL MAR. SBR # 407 es un fantástico condominio OceanVIEW que ha sido engañado hasta las agallas.
Nueva cama king size. Nuevo sofá cama Queen. Nuevo televisor de 50 pulgadas. Este lugar va a Rock.
FANTÁSTICAS vistas del océano hasta la costa sur de Maui hasta Makena. Cuarto piso, así que toneladas de acción de ballenas (en temporada, desde Acción de Gracias hasta mediados de abril). Hermosas vistas del cráter Molokini. Exposición meridional, mi favorita, el sol de la mañana saliendo sobre Haleakala.
Wifi gratuito / estacionamiento gratuito / tarifa de larga distancia a toda América del Norte. AC central. No hay tarifas de resort.
En el sitio, el emblemático "Dina's Sandwitch" del restaurante Maui. Mesa de actividades en el sitio. Fabulosa piscina frente al mar y bañera de hidromasaje. Cinco minutos a pie de "Sugar Beach Bake Shop" para tomar café y productos horneados increíbles (abre a las 6AM).
Sugar Beach es el tramo de arena más largo de Maui, casi cinco millas de largo, perfecto para largas caminatas por la playa. Espere ver muuuucho más cangrejos de arena hawaianos que humanos en sus caminatas matutinas (está ubicado al lado de una reserva de vida silvestre, por lo que hay muy pocos complejos de condominios cerca; tuvimos una estimación de invitados que fueron superados en número por 30 a 1, mucha diversión para los niños) .
El agua varía de calma a boogie-boarding-worthing (suministramos las tablas de boogie). Sugar Beach Resort está bastante aislado del resto de Kihei, por lo que se necesita un automóvil ... ¡pero! Eso es lo que lo hace tan fantástico. Tiene una ubicación céntrica, por lo que es la base perfecta para explorar Maui desde ... cenar en Lahaina (unos 30 minutos hacia el oeste) una noche y cenar en Wailea y luego la noche siguiente (unos 20 minutos hacia el sur).

Resort is Exceptional

The unit is small but has everything you need. The complex is very nice Bed is very comfortable. Great TV and internet speed was fast. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, napkins, Shower is small.

Not as advertised - Would not recommend

We were excited to stay at what looked like a cute condo (though we knew we weren't thrilled with the location as Sugar Beach itself smells like rotting fish all the time- gag). While the property was advertised as renovated and well maintained, it did not meet expectations. At first glance, this property looked fine. However, there were many things we noticed in the unit that were really off-putting (fridge not clean, fingerprints on all the cabinet doors, microwave was dirty, hair in the bathroom and throughout the shower, dirty dishes coming out of the cabinets with caked on food, etc.). It was far from the 4.9 stars it was rated at upon booking. When I reached out to the host to alert her to some of the items we found, she immediately accused me of lying and saying I was out to get her cleaner fired and that she did a walk-through before we arrived and claimed things were "immaculate" before requesting we leave the property and find another unit. Long story short - While Deborah accused me of horrible things and fabricating the situation, she automatically refunded me my money in full. This bazar treatment on her part was the best thing that could have happened to us- because we went and found a better unit that was updated and immaculately clean- on the same property (opposite building) with an amazing host for a cheaper price!! Upon checking in at the new condo, we realized this was a blessing and were so happy we didn't have to spend our remaining time in this unit

Loved this spot. Host and on site staff are great to work with. Felt safe on my own. Met lots of people staying there that come back year after year. Would definitely stay again.

Great Vacation!

My husband and I loved staying in Deborah's unit. The location was wonderful, and the grounds were so clean and well kept. The unit was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, fresh linens and towels, the kitchen was stocked, and the lanai was our favorite. We spent a lot of time by the pool and the ocean. Plenty of areas to soak up the sun, and enjoy a day of relaxation. The unit had a washer and dryer which was so helpful, along with pool towels, beach chairs and even some coolers. Overall our unit was perfect, and we are so happy we chose it. Definitely recommend! The restaurant on site was also a nice bonus, we enjoyed a nice lunch there. The staff are so friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. We can't wait to come back again.

This is a great little condo! It’s clean and tastefully decorated! North Kihei is always a great launching point for many adventures, so the location is prime. I greatly enjoyed the ocean and pool view from the lani! Bonus!

Mom/daughter vacation

Amazing vacation in an amazing place. Deborah’s unit is so comfy and inviting. And it is stocked with everything you need while in the unit or heading to the beach. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the ocean. It was so peaceful. And Deborah was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend this unit! Thank you Deborah!

Great for 2 people,

Recently remodeled condo, beautiful kitchen appliances and I loved the Braun coffee maker! Beautiful ocean/poolside view. Very quiet location, respectful guests many of the senior variety and a few families. Easy walk to my favorite shave ice location, sm market and abc store. Parking easy, away from hub of Kihei town which is nice. Not much beach currently due to I assume weather, but perfect for walking along sugar beach for a very long time. Pool was clean and hot tub great. Love the location and the condo. Definitely chose to stay here again.

9 Days in Paradise

Our stay in Maui was fabulous. Great location away from crowds. Pool and hot tub on property were incredible. Amazing view from balcony. Condo was clean and well equipped. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Amazing Location, Views and Unit

This is a perfect unit for a single or a couple. It is well appointed with EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable stay. A very comfortable bed, ample closet space, everything you can think of that you might need in the kitchen including pitchers, containers for leftovers, blender, all dishes you could imagine.They thought of everything! TV has plenty of options for watching when you need a break. The views are spectacular! Balcony is perfect for eating or relaxing. You can hear the ocean day and night, see if the pool is busy or empty from your unit, close enough but far enough from the elevator. Building is well kept. We saw people constantly cleaning and upkeeping. Communication with Deborah was top notch! She was so great to work with, answered emails and texts right away, so helpful and even offered some great night time suggestions. Pool was GREAT, Hot Tub was perfect, great covered area with tables for eating outside or some shade. Beach was wonderful - sand area is small but we were there right after a HUGE storm in mid December so that had something to do with that. But it was beautiful and very swimmable. The area of Kihei it is is wonderful. A little quieter than the "main" area which we loved. About a 10 min drive (if that) from the "triangle" but 3 minutes from a Farmers Market, and Sugar Hill bakery (you'll thank me later) Do not hesitate to rent this wonderful unit. Everything is better than the pics even describe!

Kihei Oceanfront Birthday Week

My spouse and I stayed at Deborah's condo for a week in December 2022. It is just like the pictures - new/updated, clean, pleasant place. Overall we very much enjoyed the property - eating breakfast on the balcony was a highlight, walking down each day for an ocean and pool swim was a nice way to start and end the day. Having air conditioning, laundry and a fully setup kitchen made our day to day living there great. The unit is on the 4th floor which we walked up to/down from but there is an elevator nearby if you are carrying lots of grocery's or other things. Parking was free. I would recommend having a car as most shopping, restaurants and various sites will require a drive. There is a sandwich/coffee shop on site - we tried it out a few times and the sandwiches and potato salad were great. Finally, Deborah was super helpful and available - from helping us the night we arrived when I failed tracking down the email and faq that had the room number and other details, recommending several great restaurants and finally suggesting we see a great local theatre performance "White Hawaiian". Overall a perfect place for us to visit Maui after being away for a few years!

Great place to relax

This condo was a great place to relax and have a low key Hawaii vacation. It is close enough to Wailea and Lahaina for day trips, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax. And Deborah is fantastic - very responsive to questions and requests, and a great resource for recommendations on what to do on the island.

Great location!

Nice, central location- easy access to everywhere we wanted to go on Maui. It was easy to book a bunch of activities with the resort concierge. The beach was right there and the sunsets were amazing! We really appreciated that Deborah cheerfully granted us a late check out since we had a late flight out and no one was checking in the next day! Was wonderful! Thanks Deborah for the lovely stay!

All that it said it would be.

Property description in VRBO listing was very accurate. The condo was updated, very clean, well-supplied, new fridge, large TV, comfortable King Bed, etc. View from Balcony included view of mountains as well as the ocean plus the entire pool area so we could see how many folks were in the hot tub. Plenty of chairs around the pool an along the beach front. Excellent beach for walking miles and swimming. We highly recommend and will likely return. Overall, the property is well maintained. The owner was very responsible to our questions and that gave us confidence in the unit.

Great beach front property with large pool and hot tub

Very nice 1 bed 1 bath with full kitchen, patio, beautiful views. Central location. Nice big pool, hot tub for the cooler nights. Right on the ocean, great sandy beach. Definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location

So thankful we picked SugarBeach Resorts! The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend you rent a vehicle for the whole time you are in Maui or for at least part of the time. Deborah’s unit was clean, had great views and came well equipped! Coffee, laundry soap, dish soap, spices were a nice added touch. The washer and dryer are such a bonus. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, small cooler bag were greatly appreciated and made our day trips so much easier. We had no issues with the unit and would highly recommend to anyone! Check in was easy and staff were extremely helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere that is quiet and relaxing this is for you! The beach was great and everything we needed was a 5 minute drive away. Looking forward to coming back to Maui and staying at Deborah’s place again. Thank you Deborah!!

Great location & attentive host

Shout out to Deborah who was such an amazing host. She responded quickly, let us know about the pool situation ahead of time (it was closed for the majority our one week stay due to some maintenance which we didn’t mind because we wanted to do a lot in Maui), gave a lot of helpful information ahead of time, and she dropped off trash bags when we needed them (she kindly left it on the door handle while we were out & about). From beach chairs to Tupperware, we pretty much had everything we needed. The place definitely looked so much better inside (newer, modern & great decor) than outside. We felt like the location is in the middle of every place we wanted to go. We had a rental car & we were close to the airport & main stores like Costco & some beaches especially sugar beach is right there. It was our first time in Hawaii & we were so happy with our trip thanks to Deborah & the place we stayed at.

Outstanding Condo!

From the beautiful furniture to the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed and the incredible view…this is truly an outstanding condo. The clear communication with the property manager was also very helpful. The quick morning walk to the Sugar Beach Bake shop was a hit too! Enjoy!
