Fourth floor condo in the "B" building view of tropical gardens and the ocean beyond. Quiet location features large private view deck and renovated interior. Doesn't get any better.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. PLUS, large private view deck looking out towards ocean. Beach chairs, pool towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer.
Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

No problem accommodate 4 people with out difficulty even can add one more with out any difficulty. Balcony was relaxing, even though this is not a oceanfront room but you will be able to see ocean from every balcony . Nice sunset view from B unit balcony. I amVisiting from Michigan and enjoyed tropical weather, nice landscaping and concierge service at swimming pool was very helpful to organize my Maui Tours and he even $25 discount.

Getaway to Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: That was my first time visiting Maui and I didn’t regret with my stay . The property is pretty nice and clean , very quiet area and close to everything if you have a car . I don’t drive so Uber wasn’t a problem for me. There is also a bus stop right across the street. I came late after 5pm even though my check in process was very smooth . The property has a pool and a beach with a beautiful sunsets . Also BBQ place where you can make a dinner . The staff is very friendly and helpful . Overall I was satisfied with Maui Sunset. Only one thing i would change that is the storage for a luggage before the flight . Check out is 11am and I had 6pm flight couldn’t find a place around where I could leave my carry on bag . Other than that I’m happy and would come again when in Maui .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m from California not WA so idk what happened there lol. Okay I traveled with 3 children with Autism (15,14,& 9 ). I’m a single parent and had zero help and I always Hawaii because of the simplicity and beauty. For example Safeway , Times and Foodland Market was my closest choices for store bought food until I remembered all late they also have target and Costco. McDonald’s was down he block with Jack n the box so if you have picky eaters remember google is your best friend and as long as it’s corporate America it’s always gonna be alright. As we travel please keep in mind that we are on native land and we must respect what God created so please recycle as you as on your trip. Did I mention it’s right off the beach . This hotel as a ridiculous about of amenities plates cookware beach chairs suntan lotion if you forget I mean it’s a whole closet dedicated to all kinds of stuff you or your family members may need. Parking was easy and safe the area is safe the hotel is safe to the point theirs chickens running around like it’s a TikTok challenge from chicken wars ( all the chickens are free range in Maui lol).

However, the cons were, bed size was too small and restrooms tiny.
