The home was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The location on the water was perfect to keep our boat for the weekend. The home is also located close to town for food, groceries and restaurants! Great place to get away and relax.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was the smoke detector in the main bedroom began to chirp on our second night. Made for a very long night because it was after hours and no one was available to replace a battery. The battery was not replaced until after 2 pm.

The property was clean and a great location. The only thing is it needs a new grill. It is rusted and the bottom is completely torn off which doesn’t keep heat in. We had a griddle we brought with us that we used as an alternative. Would recommend changing it out.

The location was wonderful. A beautiful place to walk and take bike rides. The condo was tastefully decorated without a lot of knickknacks. It could be a great place, just needs new pictures so you can really see what you are renting. Definitely needs some tender loving care. The listing tells you about the wonderful seating on the upper deck, even shows you pictures. There is no furniture up there. The table on the lower deck was completely rusty, to windy for a tablecloth. Two of the chairs was nothing I wanted to sit on. The arms were falling apart. We finally bought some packing tape and taped them up so we could use them. There was no cleaning supplies. Was told we had to go buy what we needed. There wasn’t even a broom. We stayed there a month. I ended up talking to Olivia at Miss Kitty’s. She was amazing, but could only do so much. I

It was the perfect place for us. The patio has afternoon shade which was nice for us. We also enjoyed it in the evenings looking at the moon shining over the water. The living room was comfortable for watching TV and looking out at the water. Thank you for allowing pets, our little girl was happy to be with us. We would stay here again!

The place is very nice and comfortable. Needs a little cleaning. The bed sheets were a little dirty and found a couple of dead roaches in the living room. Overall, the property is really nice!

The location was amazing and the host was very responsive. The key card for the pool and pickle ball court was missing from our unit which caused some inconvenience but the host did everything they could to get us a replacement quickly.The furniture was comfortable and not worn out like we find in many rentals. The following were some issues we had but we did not alert the host about them during our visit. I'm sure they would have helped had we contacted them.The fridge and freezer smelled like fish bait which is probably due to a past guest leaving it behind at one time. We placed some baking soda in each which resolved the problem. The ice maker didn't work and no ice trays were available so be sure to bring some.One of the two bedrooms was very hot although there was a ceiling fan and a box fan available. The AC vent was open but hardly any air coming out of it. Fortunately for us it was bearable but I'm not sure it would be in hotter months like July or August.There was only one hand towel in one of the three bathrooms and only one dish towel in the kitchen. Had a problem with water bugs and roaches but an exterminator did come by during our visit for a scheduled maintenance.The kitchen counters and floors could use a good cleaning. They were very greasy.We considered these issues minor and not something that would prevent us from staying again. This is a nice condo with a great location but I do hope the host addresses some of the things shared.

Relaxing weekend getaway.

We enjoyed this location so much! It was very peaceful and quiet while also getting to do the things we wanted to do! We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and enjoying the outdoors on the back patio. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Definitely a place we will look into next time we plan a trip to the area!

We enjoyed staying here so much! The staff was helpful with questions we had pertaining to our stay. The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. We will definitely be back!
