The Villas are nestled perfectly in one of Rockport's premier, waterfront neighborhoods. This newly built, 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom, upstairs condo will sleep up to 6 guests comfortably and is the ideal spot for those looking to enjoy fishing, swimming, and sightseeing.

This home has a nice, open floor plan and amazing views from every room for guests to take advantage of. The living room is complete with a flat-screen television with Dish satellite access, a sofa, and a recliner for those looking to relax after a long day on the water. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to kickstart your vacation, including a dishwasher, dishes, and cookware. The dining area has enough chairs for up to 6 guests.

The downstairs guest bedroom is complete with a flat-screen television, two twin beds, a dresser, and a large closet. This bedroom is located directly across from the downstairs guest bathroom which features a walk-in shower and large vanity for guest use.

The upstairs, primary bedroom is ideal for a family with small children and features not only a twin bed but a queen bed, too. Enjoy morning coffee from your very own, private balcony with direct access from the primary bedroom door. The primary bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and has a large, garden bathtub and shower.

There is complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, Satellite TV, a community pool, a lighted fishing pier, and access to some of the best local fishing around- just a short walk away from your doorstep! This unit is dog friendly only- please, no cats.

Who needs one balcony when you can have TWO balconies? Yes, you read that right- Unit C4 at the Cape Velero Villas has two balconies- one downstairs near the dining and living area, and one for the upstairs, primary bedroom. If you do not want to brave the elements, simply enjoy the views from indoors. Cape Velero is also home to many species of birds for those who like to bird-watch. Fishing areas are also abundant- launch your boat at nearby Port Bay or enjoy wade fishing in the surrounding wetlands.

Great place to stay

This condo is tucked out of the way, yet close to town. The water views of the bay & fishing flats is all you could want. The condo was nicely appointed with everything you need for your stay. Loved the layout and the furnishings. The online pictures didn’t do it justice. There is a pool perfectly placed where swimming has a water view. Would definitely book again!

Cape Velero

The property is an excellent location and not too many tourists. Our family appreciated that the property had a nice view of the inlets, was very peaceful and serene. We 100% hope to stay there again!

Lovely condo, picturesque setting

We loved the condo and found it comfortable. There was a cute pool but unfortunately it hadn't been cleaned in some time so was absolutely unusable. We booked for an entire week but were only supplied enough towels for one day, nothing in the way of toiletries, and awful covid toilet paper. I sent an inquiry a week before arrival to ask if there was a place to bbq / grill. Never got a response. I sent a message about the condition of the pool but never got a response nor was the pool ever cleaned. Overall our stay was great but for the price I wish it had been perfect.

Amazing location fun for everyone!

My grand daughters 4th birthday was a blast at this Location everything we needed. The older boys loved the fishing dock and spent several hours a day fishing. We enjoyed the pool also. Facility was clean and perfect for what we needed

Weekend away

The home was perfect! Very nice, spacious and very clean! Only thing missing was toiletries like body soap and shampoo which most places I have stayed have had! Enjoyed it! Would stay again!

Beach house.

We had an amazing experience with this stay. The kids loved the pool and beach theme. My husband had a great time fishing off the little dock. We would definitely stay here again.

C4 Villa

The house is in a nice quiet location. Upon arrival the house looked and smelled cleaned. We noticed a yellow stain in the master room right away, but figured it was old. The next day while making the bed we noticed dog hair everywhere under the colored quilt they put on top. This was the reason one of the ladies in our party was sneezing and had irritated eyes all night, while trying to sleep. We then went upstairs to ask the other ladies in our party if there was anything on their bed and stepped in the yellow stain (as mentioned previously), which was wet and confirmed to be pee. I then reached out to the property via email with pictures and received an email right away. They asked how they could make this right and informed me this was not normal. They asked if they could come out to clean the sheets and stain, but we had already bought detergent to wash the sheets, we’re headed to the beach and weren’t comfortable with people cleaning with all of our belongings there. I asked for a refund for the cleaning fee and they said they would ask their manager who would be in on Tuesday (today) and still haven’t heard anything. Right after we found a hair tie, part of a fruit roll up wrapper and child’s toy under the blue lazy boy. At this point I was just over reaching out to the property. The next night when we came home there were ants everywhere. When I emailed about this the response was “The hot weather really brings out the bugs! We’ll have maintenance take care of it tomorrow”…which is the day we were leaving. Overall I feel these things were unacceptable and the response about having bugs seemed so carefree and felt like a “we’ll get to it when we get to it”.

Beautiful

Enjoyed our stay, this was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in, and everything was decorated beautifully too. Huge back porch looking at the pool and water. Nice dock to right across the patio lot to drop a pole in the water. Very pleased with the communication and the quiet area, yet only a 15 minutes drive to Fulton Harbor Park. Would stay again!
