Welcome to unit #205 - La La's!

This newly listed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the private balcony with panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony and the living room. You will definitely enjoy that view from comfortable living room and watching the large flat screen television. There is plenty of seating for everyone.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. There is also an icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking or just enjoy the view. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and large closet and dresser for your vacation gear. The bedroom has a flat screen television with basic cable. A queen size sleeper sofa will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for 2 more guests. This condo is pet-friendly too! (2 dogs maximum)

As a guest of La La's you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines.

Everything was outstanding! Gorgeous and quiet condo, incredible views, perfect location, and the property manager is first rate. We had such a fantastic time and will definitely stay again. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect!

My husband and I loved staying here and will definitely book again. The condo was nicely renovated and was so clean. We loved the amenities of Laguna Reef as well: Pool, fishing pier, ice and vending machines, and coin laundry.

We really liked that all the furnishings were mostly new as well as a professional remodel job - new paint, floors, fixtures, etc. Comfortable bed. We will definitely plan to return.

Good Environment, Very Nice & Clean Condo, Spectacular View

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week, and had a great time. The fully furnished condo, allowed for us to make as many meals as we wanted to, and there are also some great places to eat locally. The entire premise was very well kept. A good memory was made!

Everything was great minus the elevator broken. This unit is on sending floor so not that big of a deal, though. Very clean and great view.

Amazing Vacation time

Property manager kept in contact at all the time. The location is great, clean condo, friendly people in the lobby. The view from the living room and kitchen is a dream. We will go back soon!

Perfect getaway

Perfect destination for a quick getaway!!! The view and cleanliness of the property was awesome.. believe it or not there was a cool summer breeze (balcony). Enjoyed a great boil seafood meal at a local establishment, lazy beach day, fishing, and swimming.. got it all in. Planning my return! Highly recommend for couples or family outings.

The property was beautiful! Everything was new and clean . The pier in front of property was great for fishing. Lots of great restaurants close by. There are lots of cute shops to ck out. Lots of things to do. Walmart and Heb close by for groceries.
