Step outside to enjoy fabulous fishing from the private 36-foot boat dock, complete with underwater green lights and a lighted fish-cleaning stand, making it ideal for both day and night fishing. After a day on the water, relax on the upper deck and take in the calming breezes and stunning canal views, or cool off with a swim at the Key Allegro community pool just minutes away.

Inside, the open-concept living area welcomes you with bright, coastal décor, abundant natural light, and a Smart TV with Sling and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining area overlooking the canal. Bring your meals outdoors to the picnic area and barbecue grill, where your dogs are welcome to join you.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony access. A second bedroom is decorated in cheerful colors and furnished with two twin beds, while the third bedroom features a queen bed. Loved the layout. It was my first time staying in Rockport, and I will definitely be back. We caught some smaller fish in the canal, but it was entertaining! The downstairs area had a nice breeze, so we were outside most of the time.

Perfect Location

House was great and the backyard yard space was clean and setup very nicely with plants. Kids loved fishing out there. House is close to everything and lovely neighborhood!

Nice Location but Needs Updating

The home was in a great location however, the interiors were a bit dingy. I think the house could use a linen refresh as we as some paint. The primary tub didn’t drain well so you were showering with water above your ankles. There was also dog poop on the front porch.

Key Allegro Christmas

With no little kids to add excitement to Christmas, we decided to rent a house on the water near home and chill. This house did not disappoint. Key Allegro is likely the high-end neighborhood for the area. Primarily canal homes/summer homes, my guess is it was 75% UNoccupied. Quiet but I suspect lively in the summer.Pictures are accurate, beautiful home. Appreciated the dog friendly fenced yard with room to run. Charcoal grill. The kitchen is among the most well-appointed of any house I have ever rented. Pots, boiling pots, pans, even bakeware. Dishes for leftovers but bring baggies, foil, etc. Kcup AND drip coffee pot. Icemaker. Bring extra kitchen towels, dish soap, DW pods, and trash bags depending on length of stay. Beds were declared comfortable by all with LOTS of pillows. Hangers in closet. Good showers. Bring extra hand towels and hand soap. Internet slightly dicey if you need it for work. We did. Good HVAC but the weather was mild. 5G good at dining table but weak in other rooms, even for phones. If you want to watch TV, bring your HDMI cord and ROKU/Firestick/remote. We enjoyed everything about our week at Sandy Oasis. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved the layout of the home and its location on the canal. The grill, outdoor seating, yard/fence/ flowers, and cleaning station was perfect! We definitely want to stay here n this house again.

Wonderful fishing trip

Charming clean house with easy access to bay and enter coastal waters. Plenty of bulkhead space to dock boat. Patios and patio furniture. Bunk room and full bathroom downstairs. Friendly neighborhood and neighbors. We will definitely book again! Asset manager offers quick response to any questions. Thanks so much!! JP

Pros & cons of rental

Pros: great location, cute house, amenities were good, plenty of room for 5 adults & 2 kids, awesome outdoor area. Would stay again if it was as winter time. Cons: master bedroom was HOT (only 90° for a high so would have been even more miserable in the summer). Downstairs bedroom was also hot. The dryer door wouldn’t close so had to get creative to get clothes dry. Guest bathroom shower needs work. Sheets are extremely cheap which means itchy.

Sandy Oasis Family Getaway

Sandy Oasis provided a wonderful home to enjoy with great amenities. We enjoyed cooking most of our meals as the kitchen is very well stocked with all essentials you might need including large selection of pots and pans to dishes and kitchen appliances including a great blender for smoothies. The home is arranged well inside and out with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and small children. "There is a gate on the upstairs porch area which was very helpful with little ones. There are several chairs to use outside, and we really enjoyed the downstairs area to enjoy each evening. Cleaning station and dock made it convenient to take our family out for sunset cruises and fishing each day. We love going to the pool and quick access to town for places to eat and stores is very convenient. The property management, Miss Kitty's Getaway, was so great to work with and we appreciated Morgan as she was quick to answer all questions before and during our stay. We made great memories and will definitely stay again at Sandy Oasis!!

We had a blast at this great house. It was well appointed and the fishing off the back was good. My son caught several fish. We would definitely stay here again.
