Great get away

Great place to get away in Yuma! Host is easy to get in touch with and very receptive to any needs that you might have. Very clean and spacious house. Clean quit neighborhood! Would stay again!

I would give it 6 stars, if possible!

This home is beautifully updated, and extremely clean. The kitchen had quality utensils, and cook ware. The owner was great! We will be back!

Beautiful Home

Great home, clean and well equipped. Host is amazing to deal with, had an issue with no water due to a city pipe bursting, Chris the host had water on our doorstep within 20 minutes, was amazing. Pool is wonderful. Will definitely be back if we are in Yuma again.

Yuma in October

This property has a fresh, open and clean feel. It is located in a secluded golf property with well-kept townhouses and homes. We loved the furnishings, kitchen, and up-to-date bathrooms. The pool area was beautiful, and we enjoyed cooking on the gas grill. Overall this property was fabulous and made our stay in Yuma comfortable and enjoyable. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Christmas in Yuma

Chris is an excellent host who even provided a Christmas tree! The pool was heated and even though the temperatures outside were a bit cool, the pool was perfect. Chris was very quick to answer our questions and that was appreciated. I highly recommend this home.

Yuma Resort

The house is beautiful and very clean. Chris was great and very promptly responded when texted!! Had sone internet issues, but that could of been due to us not being savvy on streaming. Maybe in the folder a “cheat sheet” would be helpful?? Great stay!!

Clean Clean Clean Clean

The owner was not only kind hearted she also was able to give us a tour. I notice everything and the house was not just clean is was spotless. THe neighborhood was quiet,next to a golf course , shopping , a few places to have dinner drinks etc. We will only rent this house when traveling back to yuma

A lovely property

We were the first guests renting this home and it wasn’t quite ready. It’s in a nice neighborhood, newly renovated and beautiful, but it was missing a few conveniences that would have made the experience perfect. The property managers were helpful and responsive to our suggestions. With the few improvements we discussed we would rent it again.

Relaxing vacation getaway with heated pool

This house and host are awesome! Everything was very clean and well-stocked with a welcome snack, nice soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, and plenty of toilet paper. The showers and tub are really nice. The bedrooms and beds are all a good size. The pool was perfect for the three of us to hang out and I think would fit up to six people well. The host texted us ahead of time to make sure we had all the info we needed and even offered to have groceries delivered. The host checked in often. We asked for the pool to be heated more and they were very accommodating. The towels for the bathrooms and pool were all soft and fluffy. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. About a 10 minute drive to lots of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy. 20 minutes to downtown Yuma and even more restaurants and stores. We had never been to Yuma and had a great time!
