There is a very spacious 2 car attached garage with a paved driveway providing enough room to accommodate 4 vehicles. This home has a Generac backup generator to assure the continual function of the house during your stay. There is a 6-foot privacy fence surrounding the en suite bungalow, back yard, and pool area.

Drop your bags and start vacationing! You will find great conveniences at this lovely home. The main house has an elevator to make it easy to get up and down from all 3 floors. The open floor plan on the 2nd floor will allow everyone to assemble and offer spectacular views of the ocean from both the living room and the kitchen. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with Al-Clad pots and pans, dishes, baking utensils; there are two large islands for meal preparation and conversation. In a kitchen alcove, a 48" round kitchen table sits that overlooks the ocean.

As you look into the living room, you will see a gorgeous 12-foot table that will allow a large group (20) to sit together and enjoy a meal, a conversation, or a card game. The super-comfortable sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. Enjoy watching a movie, sports, or just the local news on the 83 inch Samsung smart TV.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One offering a king-sized bed and a smart TV; the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds with trundle pull-outs. A beautiful full bath sits by these 2 bedrooms down the hallway.

The third floor is the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, a queen sized sleeper sofa, office space set up (including for your convenience: desk and printer), and smart TV. There are other stunning ocean views from here. The master bathroom has a large tub and an open shower, and a HUGE walk-in Closet. The only other room on the 3rd floor is the very spacious laundry room area set up with a 43" smart TV for video games.

Giving additional privacy away from the main home yet still right there with everyone during your stay! The bungalow house offers a queen bed, a queen sofa bed, a kitchenette area, a full bathroom, and a smart TV. A Playstation 4 with many games is located here.

You will find a heated private pool, an outdoor TV and a natural gas Broilmaker barbeque in the lanai area. Also found here are toys for the kids, hammocks for extra relaxing or an afternoon cat nap, plenty of seating outside, along with a stunning custom Eric LaMarr mural (A Kraken!). Throughout the house, you will enjoy the brilliant local Eric LaMarr paintings.
