King beds in the bedrooms and a Queen and 2 single beds in the loft. All new beds, mattresses, reclining couches, dining table, washer and dryer, linens, flooring, and paint. 100’ dock will be in Memorial Day through Labor Day. 2 Kayaks, water floats, and life jackets will be available during the same time.
